Pros +
- Daytime staff and housekeeping staff were very attentive. Night staff was unfriendly.
- Only one person in the staf called Andrea
- EXCELLENT staff! I had a great time at this hotel. Looking forward to returning.
Cons -
- Questionable location- Adult movie theatre 1 block away. Very uncomfortable bed and bedding. Hit water took 5 full minutes to heat up.
- Rooms need serious updating. Breakfast only available after 7:00 am. We needed to leave by 6:45 am . We were told that we could go 6:30 am because staff would be setting up but that did not happen. No one was there and nothing was set up.
- The first night they told us our room was not available so they had to separate us in two different buildings ? One person in one and the rest-three in another; apart from being quite rude
