Friendly staff, very helpful. Easy walk from Roma Termini and one block to metro. Excellent breakfast in roomy dining room.

Part of shower door missing, shower nozzle won't stay on bracket, electrical outlets loose. Seemed like the wifi was out a now and then.

The breakfast was decent. more is not needed. but overall very poor. I like the staff, especially the lady from Ukraine, she was very helpful, kind and professional.the reception was good, everything is explained correctly.

I didn't like the room. some of the lightings were not working, not sure whethere the air condition was working. the beds were too small. the room was very old and smelly. I felt gloomily in that place.will never select such type of the hotel in the future. the location was also very far from the city center.

It was really nice, staff is super helpful, room was clean, everything was near to see and shop.

Handy for our 4am bus from Termini to Ciampino Airport. Helpful staff offered to call us a taxi but suggested the coach as a cheaper option.

Room was small and old fashioned, the shower wasn’t super clean.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Excellent location. The AC worked very well. The room was cleaned each day.

The bathroom was disappointing. The shower door was broken and very rusty. Nothing like a *** hotel.The room was dark and smelled bad. The breakfast was very basic although the croissant was delicious.

The staff was exceptional, I left my wallet in my room after checkout and after coming back searching for it. It was returned to me with all items inside. After hearing horror stories about downtown Rome I was very impressed at the integrity of the staff. We talked with management and me and my wife were treated with caffe (served by fabrizo) and a walk to a nice nearby restaurant (Alfredo’s) (escorted by Simone). Exited for our next trip to Rome thanks to the staff.

entrance through the gate. Unpleasant. The room was clean but very austere. You can't rest there. The hotel is only good for an overnight stay. Max 2-3 days. For a longer stay, look for something else.

The breakfast was superb! Great variety to choose from and the coffee was fantastic!

It was comfy but the Mattresses were not great

the location is the best you can ask for, near the main station, in walking distance to most tourist sites. the staff and cleaning are exemplary. the breakfast was also very good with some nice strong Italian coffee.I'm to reference this hotel to my friends!!

The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast is amazing!I'll be sure to come back again!

Breakfast was so bad, I didnt expect that bad. Its nothing hot, they dont have eggs.

They did not give me the invoice, only receipt. They asked to pay in cash 60 Euros for city taxes. Now I have problems with my administration!!! So, do not stay here, if it is work trip.
