- The location was the best thing about this hotel.

- The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The location is perfect—very central and within easy walking distance of major attractions, yet quiet enough to rest comfortably after a long day exploring Rome. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and well organized, a great way to start the day. The breakfast was excellent: fresh, varied, and well prepared, with good-quality ingredients and a nice selection to suit different tastes. It was well organized and made for a very pleasant start to the day. In addition, the staff were kind, professional, and always helpful — special thanks to dear Kourosh and Soroush. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Location is good - 20 minute walk to the ColosseumMetro station is 1.5/2 blocks awayQuiet streetRooftop terrace was great, especially as it got dark and cooler (we grabbed pizza one night at a nearby pizza place and had pizza and wine up there)Elevator in building (small one)Staff were friendly and very helpfulBreakfast is a small, continental style (ie. baked goods, coffee, tea, milk, juice, cheese, meat, buns, cereal, fresh fruits etc) and it was delicious.Air conditioning throughout buildingRoom keys are kept at the front desk so you don't have to worry about losing it while out exploring the city.Has a safe, mini fridge and small tvSome great restaurants in the area - recommend RomAntica and Marco G Osteria (both walking distance from the hotel)
Bathroom shower leaked - lip on the floor to keep the water in didn't seem high enough. Wifi doesn't work very well on rooftop terrace, but that didn't bother us very much
I did not have a good experience at all with this hotel. The location is in an awful spot. I have stayed in Rome 3 times previously and the neighborhoods were never this bad. Unless you are planning to be picked up and dropped off by taxi every single time, you should steer clear away from this place. The hotel enterance door was locked upon arrival I had to call the front desk to come unlock the door for me. This was the first red flag, even though they assured me that the neighborhood is safe. Why was the door of a hotel locked? Its very telling. The street the hotel is on is very small, mostly residential so you wont see other hotels and extremely dirty and far away from all the tourist attractions. Also, I really did not feel comfortable staying at the hotel and asked to cancel the booking, the front desk guy told me I still have to pay in full. He not offer to give me a partial refund and would not let me leave without paying. It was such an uncomfortable situation and booking customer service was not available at the time. I ended up having to pay 260 dollars before I could leave. I did not stay inside so I cannot provide a review about the inside.
I really liked the breakfast. The room was very clean and the room was a nice size.
I didn't like the shower I am 6ft2in and the shower I could barely fit in. The location was a bit far from the main attractions of Rome. There weren't very many restaurants in the area to eat at. The bed was very uncomfortable it took me hours to fall asleep.
Location is very good! Metro station to all the atracciones close! You can go to colosseo by walking. Very clean hotel and staff helpful.
Location and the rooftop
Not a great breakfast
Good location - there is metro station at next street, walking to Coliseum is about 30 minutes. Breakfast is good. Personal was kindly. There is a beautiful garden on the roof of the hotel.
The hotel is situated near a metro station and several bus stops, and there is a supermarket close by. The hotel premises are exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff are super nice and friendly. Our room had a fridge, which is always handy when traveling, and a small balcony. Breakfast was fine and the food was fresh every day. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and the service was consistently good.
I don't have any negatives about our stay.
Location
The shower cabine is very clumsy, rather difficult to open and close... the shower fell off...
Not a bad location but a bit rough.
The hotel was tired, the room very small and overlooked so the shutters had to be kept closed and the room dark. Oddly, I was offered a cheaper price for cash on arrival which made me feel like something dodgy was going on. Parking expensive but very limited on the street.
I stayed at Hotel Novecento in Rome, and overall, it was an average experience. The hotel doesn’t stand out in any way, and the breakfast was disappointing, very basic and the same every day.In terms of location, it’s about a 20min walk to the Colosseum and a 15min walk to Termini Station, which can be convenient for those who prefer exploring on foot or need transport connections. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep without high expectations, it might be an acceptable option, but I wouldn’t necessarily return.
Clean Hotel, quiet area, close to Metro and Public transport. Interesting and useful garden on the roof. City tax can be payed only in cash.
The hotel was in a perfect location. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The room was cleaned every day and there was a terrace upstairs with a beautiful view. I highly recommend this hotel!

Lication is great. Just 150 metres close to the Manzoni metro station.
The reception forced us to change the room in the 2 day which was not so convenient for us as we booked a tottal of 2 nights. The next room was so small as it takes only one small so called 'double bed'. It was fit just for one person indeed.
Very quiet and conveniant location. The staff was very attentive. Leaving luggage after check-out time was no issue at all.
The breakfast could be more diverse.
Hotel was near Metro and a short distance from sightseeing sites.
Bathroom, especially the shower area was small.
Best thing about the hotel was the shower.
Everything else. Location wise it's a rough area. Staff not very welcoming or friendly. Asleep during their supposedly 24 hour front desk snoring on a couch nearby. Very small rooms and the noise around the hotel makes it impossible to sleep.
