Pros +
- Best place for the money that we found in 3 weeks in Rome
- Good location near Termini station ..5mins walkConnectivity as well good and can take no more than 30 minutes walk to colosseumPlenty of eateriesStaff welcoming and even allowed slightly earlier check in as we arrived ahead of schedule. Room size good for 3 occupants and comfy.
- it was good for one sleep and the location was good for our trip
Cons -
- Close to street so bit noisy even late nites. Just need to get use to it.
- we didnt have heat in our room, the ac wasnt working at all, they had for heating only radiators in their site and when we went there they said that they didnt work and finally we had a little rust under the bed. And we didnt have slippers for the room
- I never write negative reviews, but this time I have to warn others, so their experience isn’t ruined like ours. First of all, it’s like the room wasn’t cleaned for years; there were house centipedes (bugs) all over the bathroom (see pictures). There were layers of dust and dirt on the walls, on the bed frame, and on the bathroom elements. The curtains and bed cover didn’t only have gross stains on them, but they also smelled really bad. I specifically asked the room service to ignore our room because I noticed they are just walking in the room with their outdoor shoes and only tidying up stuff, not actually cleaning. I bought hygiene material and cleaned the room myself. No regular blankets; they gave us some strange blankets without a blanket case, and they were dirty, so we had to avoid using them and we were freezing at night. We didn’t ask for new ones either because we knew it’d be the same. The heater element doesn’t work, it is ice cold, and their air conditioner doesn’t work either when you desperately try to increase the room temperature. The noise level is insane; the host yells just outside the rooms, and it feels like she is yelling next to your bed and like she’s walking inside your room. The walls are that thin - and why is there shouting outside of the guests’ rooms at 8 a.m., including on New Year’s Day, when people partied the day before, anyway? It was a nightmare staying here because we couldn’t sleep due to the noise, the ice-cold room, and what not, so our experience in Rome was ruined. No warm water sometimes so we had to take a cold shower twice - in the middle of winter - and when we kindly asked her about it, she was very rude: “It is working now, okay?” No apology, not even a kind answer. She basically shouted at us, rolled her eyes and aggressively sighed. The only nice person was the room service lady. The rooms weren’t cheap either; in fact, they were quite pricy, so we really regret having stayed there.

Lication near train station. Convenient to stay night before we leave to Rome airport
Location
The location is convenient as it is very close to the station (Roma termini)
The AC temperature could not be changed and it wasn't even working. Also, there was a drip in the shower which caused an annoying noise.

It was so close to the train station and some restaurants and markets
It’s not like the pictures, the pictures shows you a more stylish rooms than what you really get
What I really liked and what made me decide to book this hotel in the first place is the location. Everything is very close and in this respect it is very comfortable.
What I didn't like very much was that the room smelled of chemical aroma. There was also dust on the floor, i.e. there were puffs of dust in the corners. I was with a child and cleanliness was very important to me. Also, I did not find an electric kettle in the room, nor bottled water for drinking, the refrigerator also needed to be cleaned, and the most important thing was that the room was cold at night, because the heating was turned off at 11 o'clock and the towels were not changed every day. The tea smelled of chemicals and the last time I came and asked to keep my bags, they kept them somewhere in the laundry room, which I didn't like very much, and when I went to pick them up, the cleaner threw them out and they were scattered here and there. In short, I am very disappointed. I will also attach a photo. There were owls in the corners of the whole room, as in the photo, near the legs of the chair, and the room was not tidied every day as it should be. The bed linen was clean and what I liked was that the room had a balcony.
Everything. The location was great, a few minutes away from the train station, which gave us so much flexibility in transportation and timing. The ladies were super nice and chill! We were allowed an early check in just because we arrived early. It was very clean, very organized, the room was good for 3 people. The bathroom is small but it was not bad. Also, the location is a plus.
Nothing really,
Great location, friendly staff, clean room and adequate, secure facilities.
I was not expecting to find the window left open for ventilation (though this wasn't a security concern), and had I needed to use air conditioning I'm not sure it was working (not a big deal at that time of year).
Very handy location to the main train station if passing through. We had a nice stay and were grateful they could store our bags for the day so we could explore.
Can hear between rooms if you have noisy neighbours like we did but this is nothing to do with the hosts.
Great location
Room was quite small, with a few bags you become squished I was more disappointed by the staff, the 2 main ladies that look after the property were always arguing, I can understand Italian so I know what they were saying. Whilst waiting to check in they argued in front of me, and every morning I would wake up to them arguing. The walls are also quite thin and you can hear other guests.
Elevator was cool. All of our rooms were great. Convenient everything… to train out of Rome and to busses for getting around Rome.
I was great. My elderly mother couldn’t do the stairs and the elevator is small for her. However, the rest of our family was good for getting up to the third floor.
On the positive side, the location is great — everything you might need (restaurants, shops, attractions, public transportation) is nearby and easy to reach.
The hotel was unfortunately below expectations.•Despite cold weather (around 10°C), there were no blankets provided -only thin bedsheets, which made the nights uncomfortable.•Basic amenities were missing: no Q-tips, no slippers, and overall felt underprepared for guests’ needs.•Very poor soundproofing -I could clearly hear guests in the next room snoring and talking.•The entire property felt old and rusty, lacking proper maintenance or upgrades.Would not recommend if you’re looking for comfort or a good night’s sleep.
Staff is accommodating and did a good jobLocation is near Rome Termini
The buiding and room is old. Toilet seems to have a smell even closing the toilet cover. You could hear people talking in the other rooms.
Large room. Air conditioning. Good contact with the owner. Very nice person. Towels in the room. Hairdryer.
The hotel is very close to Rome Termini, only a 4-minute walk. The room was clean and nicely decorated. After check-out we were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours, which was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The property was well located and easy to find coming in by train. While a small room it was clean and fresh with all facilities. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. I was able to cloak my luggage after checking out.
Perhaps the tiny lift but regardless it did the job
I had a nice stay, the location is great, close to roma termini but on a quiet street. I went downstairs for dinner and a drink. The room was nice, clean, with everything i needed. Totally recommend!
