Pros +
- LOCATION
- The location is good but the hotel is old and it looks it. The room was bare bones, no decorations/art on the walls, the floor creaks everywhere you walk. The 3 days we stayed they had NO WIFI which in today¿s environment 2023 is completely unacceptable..
- Location, ability to check in on time, helpful desk staff
Cons -
- HOTEL HAS NO ICE,UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY 15EU FOR A DRINK. NO QUEEN BEDS, JUST TWO SINGLES PUSHED TOGETHER(FOR A WHILE) THEY CHARGE YOU A CITY TAX WHEN YOU LEAVE. HAD TO COMPLAIN ABOUT MOLD IN THE SHOWER AREA.
- Yes there was many things I didn¿t like about this hotel. First I would maybe rate it 2 stars and that¿s because of the location.
- Our fridge was broken and unable to keep our drink cold on a hot summer in Rome. Also our AC broke as well on the room (the most important thing in a hotel room). I did not sleep well at all that night.

The bathroom cleanliness and the bed
Our fridge was broken and unable to keep our drink cold on a hot summer in Rome. Also our AC broke as well on the room (the most important thing in a hotel room). I did not sleep well at all that night.
The best thing about the hotel is that breakfast was included and the food was good.
When my dress went missing in the room. The staff seems that they did not care and did nothing about it. They made it seem like I was a lair and left my dress at home.
The helpful and friendly staff was excellent. They helped with several questions about Rome and transportation.
a little noisy with the window open.
1. Bathroom was decent 2. Spacious room with nice vanity desk 3. Breakfast was included 4. Easy check in and check out. Could leave luggage 5. Was able to check in early 6. Very good location near Roma Termini 7. Nice lobby
1. VERY loud street noises 24/7 2. Out dated 3. Breakfast food was a 3/10. Good espresso machine though 4. Bathroom with limited toiletries and towels 5.Would not stay here again simply because of the street noise (traffic and honking/construction/peo
The hotel was in a great location. We felt safe in the area, and enjoyed the restaurant recommendations of the staff. It was a good size room.
The staff was friendly but wasn't helpful when we had electricity issues. The breakfast was mediocre, and considering this was a 4 star hotel, we had pretty high expectations that were not met. It felt very outdated and the bed was pretty uncomfortable.
The front staff was amazing
The AC in the room was terrible no I did not complain to the front desk that is on me
The staff was very helpful, the breakfasts were filling, and the location was great.
The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly. The room was outdated but clean.
Nice spacious rooms
Rooms and decor is very old. Needs revamp.
It is in a good location close to the train and hop on bus station.
Old outdated rooms. Very few outlets. Mediocre breakfast. Check out Hotel Uno 1/2 block away. Much better in every way.
The breakfast was excellent and the Internet access worked well.
It's hard to understand why such an old hotel was given such a high star level.
Ideal location. Convenient to trains and subway transfers.
The street noise was very high especially at night.
Staff very helpful, rooms clean & spacious. Breakfast buffet an added nice touch
Location and breakfast.
