Staff was GREAT!!! Breakfast option was very reliable , good and easy. Rooms were very very small but that is understandable. AC was not consistent. Location good but very busy area.

Great location and the staff was wonderful and did everything to make our stay so enjoyable. The breakfast was also the best. Will definitely stay here again when we get back to Rome.

Only negative was our WiFi did not work very well in our room, but we didn¿t come to stay in our room so it wasn¿t that big of a deal.

It had a great location near the Trevi Fountain, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

I loved the location. U can walk to all the sights within 20 mins very cool!

The rooms were very cery small and beds were like sleeping on the street. They were cheap mats and were hard as a rock. I will never stay here again my back hurts and I got no sleep.

The decorations are kind of interesting and unexpected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, while small, was arranged efficiently, although I prefer to have a seating option other than the bed.

The location is perfect for getting to attractions, just a couple blocks from the Trevi Fountain and it's kind of fun being "in the middle" of everything, but you can't enter or leave without being accosted by the restaurant hawkers. Kind of noisy.

Location was fantastic, just steps away from Trevi fountain and a short 10 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The complimentary snacks and tea in reception was lovely and there was also complimentary water and panettone in the room upon arrival. The room was quiet, located away from the elevator and stairs. Also, really apprciated the black out curtains as well as the shutters for extra noise insulation and pitch black darkness for sleeping.

The hotel itself is a bit dated and the rooms are on the smaller side. Very low water pressure in the shower. Small detail, but no bathrobes and low quality toiltries. Overall, it felt more like a 3 star.

It’s a shame the spa was not available. But the gym was so that helped

Location was very central

The rooms were hot and the thermostat would not work. The windows do open though so I simply cracked the window. The location is a bit noisy until shops and restaurants close for the night but this was not a problem for me.

The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.

The hotel is very outdated, with everything feeling old and worn. The room was extremely small and had a slightly moldy smell. I would not stay there again.

Excellent location, close to many points of interest, restaurants, and the metro. Lovely staff, clean rooms, and a simple breakfast that's perfect to start the day.

Breakfast was excellent - great variety offered. Location excellent. Service excellent. Pleasantly suprised. Really good value. Bright clean rooms and modern bathroom. Would highly recommend.

Maybe a blind put on the window to darken the room a little more and reduce the sound from outside. Saturday night was a little distracting with sound.

Great location lovely hotel with a fantastic breakfast spread. Room was on small side and then walls but overall clean and comfortable.

Rooms walls thin so could hear next door.
