The hotel was in a good location next to the train station

The hotel is right off a main street and people are always talking outside, so you can hear a lot.

Location to Termini Station is 4 minute walk out of the station w/convient access to the Red and Blue lines, International, regional and Trenitalia airport train. Free Italian style continental breakfast. First 30 minutes of free wifi.

Limited wifi. Hotel is admittedly small w/ limited amenities.

I did not care for the 24$ cash fee required at check-in. They said it was taxes. The free breakfast was an embarrassing mess. And shuttle to the airport was more costly than the train. I would recommend other hotels in the area at comparable prices

We had a wonderful stay. The staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean and sufficient, they provide breakfast. The hotel has a strategic location, allowing easy access to anywhere in Rome.

Housekeeping lady and the Front Desk team were very friendly and made us feel safe vue the neighborhood and we were 2 ladies travelling alone for the first time with a child.

The Breakfast was disgusting, although we had it included in the package, after the first one we went out to have breakfast, not worth waking-up for :( - Cold, tasteless, soggy, butter was yeurk...

Close to the train and bus station. Staff were helpful, giving out information about the city and a map.

Lack of options at breakfast. You have to return your key every time you leave the hotel. The condition of many things within the rooms and outside, like the lift, was poor. WiFi does not work properly at all; I had to sit by the room door to get any connection.

The refrigerator doesn't cool at all, and it's also too small. There was a sudden power outage in my room only, and since it was not restored, I had to change rooms. The air conditioner in the room wasn't working and it stayed hot constantly. The control panel for the air conditioner was broken, and although I reported it to the staff, it wasn’t addressed until late at night.

The location is perfect. It was so close to Roma Termini, restaurants and everything. Our room was cleaned and comfortable. The free breakfast was good.

Everything! Staff are unhelpful and not nice especially the one with the grey hair and glasses! Doesn’t have any willingness to assist

Very less ventilation......ac doesn't work properly requested reception but he said this airflow is centrally controlled...

Convenient location and helpful, friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was great.

The showers were hit and miss; some nights there was very little pressure.
