Hotel Morgana

The staff were great, especially with the language barrier. Cute room, great shower but was a little dusty but still great.

The area around the hotel was pretty dirty and kind of sketchy.

The location is excellent, the staff kind and friendly, the room good!

Service was great, there was some confusion on our part about what kind of room we were getting and turns out we would be getting a room that didnt really satisfy us. The manager and staff listened to our concerns and upgraded our room.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is safe and the location is good, right next to Termini station.The rooms are very comfortable and most things function very well.

Breakfast was always the same during our 5 day stay, it was alright with some variety but after a few days we started to feel tired of it. Some facilities could be improved, the AC temperature setting doesnt seem to work in any of the rooms, the fridges are also not very cool.

Its comfortable and its close and its also the staff that make a difference we have come back here because of how welcoming they are! Gabino always makes sure we are comfortable askinh if we ok which doesnt happen alot these days . As does Daniela Christian and Marco they check in and make sure all our needs are fulfilled They all wonderful staff and we tbank them all so very much!

The rooms were nice and clean and the hotel is close to the metro.

Not a lot of vegetarian breakfast food options.

The location was great! The beds were not comfortable. The staff was good, especially the evening staff who was delivering extra items that we needed-towels, shampoo, etc. The amenities- luggage storage, having the two rooms next to each other was great.

The hotel needs some upgrade, the beds were hard, the carpet was dirty, the rooms need extra dresser.

Hotel gave us an upgrade to two twin rooms and free breakfast. Very generous.

The room temperature was too hot and we couldn’t fix it.

Great location, just walking across Rome Termini station! Plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Great selection of food for breakfast buffet and they opened on Christmas day!

The room is a bit small for a family of four but we love the comfy bed.

When we arrived we have a misunderstanding in the room that we have booked and what they offered ,but at the end they gave us the rooms that we want ,they were clean and the cleaning service was daily done .the location was very easy as it’s near Rome Termini (bus ,Metrou ,train stations).the hotel is an old monument not a new one but it’s nice,even if the rooms have not too much space .The staff at the reception was very nicely and helpful .

The breakfast was poor for hotel with 4 stars same same every day ,the dinning rooms was crowded and small ,but the service was fast and nicely .

The hotel is pretty and the rooms are lovely. The bathrooms are beautiful and spacious. The breakfast buffet is well worth purchasing. The proximity to the train station was excellent.

They turn off the air conditioning on November 1 which we found funny. It wasn't an issue at all we opened the windows and usually in November the nights are pleasant.

Staff were very helpful, breakfast buffet was comprehensive, location was very convenient.

Very old tiny rooms, not so clean, not so comfortable, not a 4 star experience.. barely 3.

Great location, particularly close to Rome Termini. Some staff really lovely. Tiny 'bar' but again, with lovely staff- could do with opening for much, much longer. Nice room, comfortable and quiet.

Check-in meant to be at 2pm. I was (quite rudely) told to wait without explanation nor how long for. They finally called me at 3pm! But to apologise for the wait, 10e off was offered from breakfast, but I hadn't ordered one so that was pointless. Shower was quite small, but I made it work. First time in Italy so really unsure whether customer service is just generally poor or whether it was for any other reason. Ethic staff only ever smiled and were very polite. The others looked like they didn't want me to be there.

Bad

I din't like that I din't have free taxi from the airport. It was in the offer and I had to pay 120 euro for the taxi anyway. I wrote to the hotel about the transfer and they didn't respond. So I wrote again and they didn't respond again. I called them just before the arrival and still they didn't tell me I need to arrrange free taxi with Booking.com.. I lost the oportunity to arrange this for free when I still had time. they say it's not their fault even thoug they knew they didn't inform me about the procedure untill it was too late. Free taxi was confirmed by the payment for the room. The request to confitm the taxi should've been sent to the hotel wnich I did. And I heard - it's my foult... I don't agree... They were not even sorry... We asked for rooms close to eachother which we didn't get. One room for 4 people was very old so everyone was taking a shower in our room which was ment for 2 people only... Walls were so thin that I heard everyone in other rooms. The elevator was often busy or closed which was problematic for us - 3 children, grandma and 5th floor... Water in bottles was only on the first day... the only thing I liked was breakfast ... The stuff very friendly which I cannot say about the reception... They were cultural but refusing to agree with me when I had my reasons to be upsett..
