Pros +
- Very good breakfast!Staff were friendly Very spacious room and bathroom with sufficient towels, and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay The hotel is open 24/7, so I could enter and exit as much as needed
- The location was good if you were driving. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating for our needs. The bathroom was updated and had a nice large shower. They had free WiFi
- The bed itself was quite OK.The room's cleanliness was satisfactoryVery quiet during the night, unless someone was passing through the corridors. . Breakfast was quite OK considering the place.
Cons -
- Unfortunately, there was a challenge when I checked in. They could not see my booking so this took some time at reception where I had to provide evidence and show payment. The guests were noisy throughout the nigh,t and staff said they cannot do anything about it
- The beds were very firm, almost hard. The hotel seemed run-down and in need of renovations. The sink pedestal was too small for even a toothbrush.
- In terms of cleanliness, some things were a bit shocking, like the trash bin in the bathroom with trash from the previous guests (including trash that really really should have been taken out).We could not sleep after a certain time because a group of guests was extremely noisy during breakfast and the windows were very poor quality. The rooms and common spaces could use better maintenance and deep cleaning.

It was a difficult night, I can be biased, but the hotel did managed to fit me in after struggling to find a place to stay. It was small room with good AC in a hot Rome.
I could not extend the stay as it was fully booked hotel. The rooms are very small and can only accommodate one person. I thought to change but it is good experience.
A nice hotel, a bit old but quite well preserved. Located in a peaceful area, a bit far from the main touristic attractions but with metro and many bus lines nearby. Our room was spacious and the breakfast very good.
We are a family of four and the size of the room was perfect for us. It was a minimalist room but with all you need, three beds, one double, a desk, some shelves and some place to hang your clothes. Not enough if you are staying a lot of days and you want to unpack everything but we stayed three nights and we didn't need more. The room and the bathroon was very new, it seemed it was renovated recently and it was very clean. The hotel is located in a residencial area but there are many places to eat within 5-10 minutes walking and also on the way to the metro. The nearest metro station is a 15 min walk away but Termini station is only three stops away. You can also take bus 62 that goes through all the tourist places and leaves you near the Vatican. It is a perfect hotel if you are not looking for luxury and you don't mind being a bit far from the historic center. After walking all day I must say the beds were very comfortable and we had a good rest to continue visiting the city the next day.
The breakfast was fine and had different options between sweet and salty (above all pastries) but I would have loved more to choose and a better coffee. Even I don't have anything to complain, maybe the hotel it's a bit pricey for a three star hotel far from touristic places but all hotels at Rome were very expensive considering it was easter week plus jubilee year.
The facilities are nice. The price and quality and breakfast.
The location is a bit walking from the metro or bus. The place doesnt have an elevator.
no lift to carry the luggage the porter didn't offer to help
no lift to carry the luggage the porter didn't offer to help. I booked a room for 3 people single bed and it jammed.also the air conditioning not working
Location is odd but many pleasant nearby restaurants.
Room was not clean, instead of giving us another room the receptionist began vacuuming the floor! Sparsely furnished one pillow and a sheet, no blanket or duvet provided. Hotel needs updates and is not well maintained.
Clean room, good location
I had a big problem- water flowed in the toilet ? and they can’t solve this problem! They tried to resolve, but something in the toilet ? construction broken. I called to reception to tell about problem from my phone because phone inside the room was also broken! And also when I said about this toilet problem to one man receptionist (he is only 1 man in the reception) he was so rude! He came to my room, pressed the flush and said that problem resolved. But I tried to explain him that flush is stopping water flow in the toilet only for 1-2 minutes, after this water starts to flow again! He didn’t hear me and left me with this problem. I can’t sleep this night because of loudly flowed water in the toilet! I guess this man need to resign his job, he doesn’t want to work effectively and be polite with guests. But I want to express my gratitude to one women receptionist who replaced my room next morning and I was so happy to sleep without the water flow noises. About breakfasts - they were okay, but not so good- the same food every day. Their breakfast is pork and bread! They need to think about guests who didn’t eat pork or who have gluten allergies.
Staff excellent. Room was big enough, breakfast was good and although the location was a bit further away than we would have preferred the buses and metro are close by.
Needed a kettle and hot drink facilities but that was probably my mistake on booking.
I like it near restaurants, and also a small community with a market and store. The manager was great. He was also so on top of things super nice. One of our friends was his bday and he celebrated it with confetti
No elevator, if you have big luggage, you need to go upstairs. The toilet was having problems that needed tlc.The beds were too hard and small
The room and the toilet were spacious. The staff were good especially nadim.
It takes 15 mins walking to the metro station. The elevator ( as in many italian hotels) is about 70×70cmThe air condition in my room was very weak & they gave me a fan
The counter customer servise was terrible super great attention all one if you need a good hotel in roma used osimar
The bed was comfortableThe staff efficient and helpful
The stairs no liftWe booked 2 rooms 1 was ok other room door did not lock properly window did not close and the wifi did not work. The receptionist tried to help but couldnt fix. Not her fault.
Even if the hotel was quite far from the center, it was still close to a metro, bus or train station, and the bus station where I took the bus to Naples. The breakfast was good and diverse. The area where the hotel is located is quiet.
There was a family with three very small children in the room next to us and we had to warn them because they were making noise at 11 pm and we couldn't sleep.
Comfortable bed&room
Very noisy place, the shower
Staff
Dingy, neighbouring rooms having parties doing drugs, awful breakfast, small rooms, tight space
The staff were very welcoming and helped especially the person at the reception. The rooms and toilet were neat and clean, beds were comfy. From the hotel we have to walk atleast 15 mins to reach the bus station which will take you to other tourist destinations.
Not very close to public transportation.
Breakfast and comfortable bed
Location description was misleading and not convenient
