- Location was great. The staff was very helpful. I went there with my daughter, who lives in Rome. And she had a huge bag of laundry. They had facilities for us to do her laundry. When we arrived, there was a wonderful lady called Eleonora. She was so helpful and understandıng. I asked her all the questions in the world:=) And she so patiently answered them all. We didnot eat breakfast there. To be honest, it was expensive.
- The hotel’s location is very good, close to the bus and tram stations, as well as several restaurants and a supermarket. What truly distinguishes the hotel is its staff — they are all extremely friendly and always ready to help in every situation. They work with you to find all possible solutions, whether related to your stay at the hotel or to any questions about the city. The restaurant staff provide everything with kindness and a smile, and the reception staff are all very respectful. I would especially like to mention a person named Marco, who helped us with many things.

Cons -
- Breakfast could be a little bit reasonable. 20 Euros per person is too much. Two people can have breakfast with that amount outside in a nice cafe. Also, on our departure day, they arranged a taxi to take us to the train station. The driver wanted to take an extra 2 euros from us because we had 2 suitcases. I have never heard it in my life. Of course, we paid it. Because we were inside the taxi and didnot want to create problems. The hotel should talk to the taxi station and make sure hotel customers arenot put into this situation.
- Lift was too small and too slow!

Clean and absolutely beautiful with all the necessary amenities available. Friendly and helpful staff made this experience my best ever.
Excellent hotel in a great location. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is outstanding — really good value for money
Nothing Perfect Hotel
Clean, friendly and smiling staff. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is very good. The areas of interest during my stay in Rome were within walking distance, so for me the location was perfect. A taxi to the center is from 12 to 15 euros. A taxi from Fulmincino is 72 euros. There is a possibility of public transport, the bus stop is in front of the hotel. Ana was extremely kind!
very nice and kindly stuff spicily Gulya and the manager
location , stuff and comfortable
I liked the attitude, helpfulness and professionalism of the personal. Special thanks to Mr. Alessandro.
The taxi took 90 euro from the Fiumicino airport to the hotel.
The staff were super friendly, the room was ready early and perfect. Surprised to have a beautiful balcony and fridge!
Nothing was wrong.
Staff were excellent - very accommodating and kindly allowed us to use facilities after we checked out
From the moment we arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn we were met by friendly and smiling staff at reception who could not do enough for us during our stay. We arrived at approx. 11.30am not expecting our room to be ready, but to our delight it was ready and even better we were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was great especially as the weather was nice and sunny. The room was lovely and clean. The restaurant served great food and the staff were very helpful. We loved the breakfast, such a great variety and nice and fresh. Overall it was a fantastic weekend and the hotel played a big part in that. Thank you all and we look forward to returning in the future.
Nothing to say here.
The hotel is located in nice area with spacious room. I got a twin room with balcony, so very appropriate this. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had taxi to airport from the hotel, so very convenient.

Room was very comfortable and clean, missing slippers. Breakfast was full of fresh variety and hot food. Staff were very good.
Didn't like the fact that they tell you if you want stronger WIFI you have to pay 15 euros per day. This is the Hilton and not any unknown chain and they should not put WIFI at an extra cost.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room service managed to clean our room make a bed and change towels in time we were at the breakfast. Also breakfast was pretty good. There was variety of foods to pick and everything was fresh and tasty. Room was spacious and windows had blackout curtains.
Location is half an hour with public transport from the city center. From outside hotel looks older.Big problem for me was mold in the bathrooms and overall state of disrepair. There was sealant missing around the tub and mold was growing under and over it. Bathroom also smelled moldy. Ventilator did not work so air was stale. Cover of sink on the floor was broken and was moving as i stepped on it. Overall i was disappointed. Never encountered this in branded hotels until now. And also they left bottles of water on the table which was free for platinum/glod members. For us "casuals" it was 1.50€. At least very close to hotel is a shop where you can buy the same water for 1/4 of the price. Also tea and instant coffee which was supposed to be free for the stay was very old. Coffee pack was sticky and dirty. Sorry Hilton but if you want to charge premium you should be premium.

The breakfast is worth the extra $ they had alot. Waffle bar, two kinds of eggs, two kinds of meat, potatoes, salad bar, fruit, several kinds of pastries, toast, bisquits, etc. We don't speak any Italian, it didn't matter, everyone there spoke English. The front desk people were extremely kind and helpful. There is a grocery store across the street. Our room had a nice balcony, woth views and a fridge. The beds were pretty comfy. Our room was 2 twins, but they were slightly larger than twin beds, which was nice. I would absolutely recommend this place.
Rome.
The location was great, and the breakfast was excellent. I found the front desk could have been more friendly.
The hotel was very run down. The rooms needed to be upgraded. Old furniture and basic. The hotel was quite expensive. It felt like staying at a low-end 3-star hotel. For 275 Euros a night I would have expected more.
