Condotti Boutique Hotel

I booked a hotel room at Hotel Condotti, and they sent me to another brand underneath their ownership, Stay Inn Rome. Extremely misleading

We were in one of the 2 bedroom apartments. The location was great, of course. The patio area was really nice to have and great to hang out to have some drinks. The staff was very responsive via email throughout our stay.

The location was AMAZING, and the room was Great! Our room was spacious and had a little kitchenette in the common area right outside the room, with wonderful little pastries and a coffee maker. The breakfast was delightful as well!! Highly recommend!

Great location, nice staff.

WiFi was not working but staff provided an extension. Bathtub/ shower drainage was not working and tub buttom was slippery due to not drained soapy water. Low ceiling in the bathroom. Nice location but definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Communication via what’s app to get us directly checked into our apartment located off site was excellent. Room modern large and good location. They also collected our bags & stored them at reception . Excellent service.

A little noisy of an evening from foot traffic but not major, just worth noting if you like more peaceful.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making everything convenient and accessible.

Small hotel , very clean and rooms were exactly as mentioned.The staff was very helpful, housekeeping clean rooms every single day. The location is exceptional, right next to the Spanish steps. Small streets full of cafes and boutiques. Perfect location. And a very good hotel !

Location is very close to Spanish Steps. We stayed in Junior Suite, located in the just opposite building to the main hotel building. Room was spacious. Great experience.

The breakfast is arranged in a nearby small restaurant. Very limited options. I would suggest to have breakfast from lots of nearby restaurants.

The location and the apartment. The location is close to Piazza del Popolo (6mins) on foot and 10 mins to Piazza di Spagna. The apartment.was well furnished with all the needed amenities.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Condotti Boutique Hotel, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish.The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of everything and within walking distance of all the major attractions. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable.We were delighted to receive a room upgrade we had our own balcony which made our stay even more special. Since we were visiting over Valentine’s Day, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help my partner arrange roses and prosecco in the room. The service throughout our stay was excellent. The team was attentive and helpful, even arranging our taxi to the airport, which made our departure stress-free.Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location, wonderful service, and a truly memorable stay in Rome.

nothing it was so lovely

Location was perfect! Staff were amazing giving our party free breakfast celebrating my daughter’s 17th birthday and even left a card and gift on the morning of. We had the best time.

The hotel apparently has many buildings and we weren’t placed on the address that’s shown on booking. Feeling really underwhelmed since we paid to be on this specific address.

The location is excellent, close to the Spanish Steps, main shopping area and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The staff were so helpful, and their service was top class. We were in Rome for a birthday treat and the staff were so kind, providing complimentary breakfast, flowers and were so nice. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet for a great nights sleep.

We have nothing negative to say.

The location is excellent, just steps away from the Spanish Steps and within walking distance of many major attractions and shops.Being so centrally located made sightseeing very convenient.

The room was facing a large commercial air-conditioning unit, which was extremely noisy, even in mid-to-late January.A room change did not resolve the issue, as the new room was still facing the same noise source.The shower design was poor and unsafe, with water easily spilling onto the floor, and the overall cleanliness and service did not meet expectations.

The location is unbeatable — within walking distance of major attractions, great restaurants, cafés, and shopping areas, which made exploring the city extremely easy.The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything needed for a relaxing stay after long days of sightseeing. The bed was comfortable and the overall atmosphere felt calm despite being in such a central area.The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with directions, transportation, and local recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient.Overall, a great experience and excellent value for a central Rome hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.
