- The entrance is a little difficult to reach but after that is perfect the building is 178 years old and is beutifull
- It had nothing to do with what was advertised.
- When you get to the venue it’s inside a building with very thin walls and a bad cigarette smell. The cleaning staff is only available in certain hours

Comfortable room and location
Poor breakfast and no hotel name board on outside of Building
The hotel was clean, and Marco at the reception was exceptionally nice and helpful.
The elevator was very small—I couldn’t even fit inside with my suitcases. On one occasion it stopped working. Since the hotel is on the fifth floor and I had two suitcases, a reliable elevator was needed. In addition, the breakfast was very basic.
It is very nice, clean, comfortable. The location is perfect. The staff was very nice and polite.
We were staying at the room next to the breakfast area and there were loud noises staring from 5.30-6.00am in preparation for the breakfast, like moving chairs, tables, clapping dishes, but I mean realy loud, at least this is how we heard it. Our recommendation for the staff is just to be more mindful and careful that even simple moves sound like thunder in the next door bedroom right on our heads. There are two other things we would like to stress on it as recommendations for improvement - first it would be good if the TV channels were more diverse and to have more in English, the TV was smart, at least the remote had a button for Netflix, but it wasn't working, so we couldn't get any TV we actually to understand. The second thing was with the air conditioning in the breakfast area - there was an improvement the last morning of our stay - it was turned off, because on every other morning we had to ask to turn it off. The temperature was like in a freezer and on full power. It was very stressful experience, we had to ask every morning to turn the AC off, but at least the last morning it was off before we arrive at the area. If the staff just keep it on for example 23- 24 degrees Celsius and the lowest bar for the speed/power it would be perfect condition for early mornings. Thank you☺️! Overall, we were very pleased with the breakfast and the all else! ❣️
Our son is studying abroad in Sicily. He along with a few other students came to visit Rome for the weekend. On their way to the airport they stopped to get lunch & my son’s backpack was stolen. His passport was gone. He could not travel back with his group and we needed a safe hotel near the US Embassy for him. He was very upset about the situation however felt safe & secure at your property. We are grateful. Thank you
Location was convenient. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.
For the location, the Roma Boutique was quite reasonable and comfortable. The room was a nice size with a small balcony for the afternoon sunshine and fresh air in the evenings. The street is tucked away so it is not very noisy at night. The hotel is also convenient for walking to the key sites around the city. We walked through Borghese Park to Piazza di Popolo which has a great view of Vatican City. We walked to the Spanish Steps and the artists in Piazxa Navona where we stopped for an amazing lunch. There are also good restaurants less than five minutes away and the most wonderful gelateria.Just up from the hotel is a grocery store where you can purchase snacks, beer/wine, etc. A great find for my next visit to Rome!
The only thing that was not great was the tight, little elevator. It was a challenge getting in with our luggage but we did it. And it’s not something the hotel can change.
Very clean rooms, comfortable bed and nice staff
Small rooms
Breakfast was very nice. I had the best cappuccino ever, in Italy. Very tasty breakfast, with enough choices.
I am a celiac, and I had informed the hotel about it.The first morning I had breakfast, I was offered biscuits with honey, very tasty indeed, but there was no bread. There was bread the second morning, though.Unfortunately, there weren't many food tongs; as a matter of fact, there was only one. Therefore, one could use only this pair, either for bread, or cheese, or ham, or whatever one might like to have from the buffet.
I cannot thank the staff at Roma Boutique Hotel enough for making my 2-week stay so memorable. I was travelling to Roma by myself to celebrate my birthday and I felt really well cared for. The hotel is absolutely beautiful- it's in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood, right next to a wonderful supermarket and close to a Metro train station. I always felt safe and the room was incredibly comfortable- especially the bed and pillows (which is telling because as I'm quite fussy). The view from my balcony was magical. Breakfast was surprisingly good- the coffee was fantastic too. I'm reluctant to rave too much about this hotel because I don't want to compromise its availability next time I want to book- I will never need to find another hotel in Roma, this for me is perfection.
The only thing that I didn't like was that I had to run the shower for 5 minutes before the water would turn from luke warm to hot. This happened every single time but once I learned that, I just factored that into my showering time.
Nice location, amazing staff
Room looks badly remodeled, lots of broken things like towel holders cabinet pulls…. And the room was overall clean but not very clean
Staff and cleaners were nice, room was clean, they made the bed and restocked essentials every dayTv worked well and nice outlook
Air con wasn’t working, hairdryer didn’t work either, neither did the main shower head.Wasn’t aware of ‘city tax’ we had to pay at the end of our stay,as it wasn’t mentioned to us in person but it was in the email so our bad.
The room was big and fine.
The bathroom is dated and is to be refurbished

Poor Cleaning, uncomfortable, poor breakfast choice
Perfect location, helpful and friendly staff and delicious breakfast. We will recommend to friends.
Room was modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and it was in a good location for Villa Borghese. Nice shop a few meters away.
Beds and pillows are memory foam.
Great location near public transport and lots of tourist buses. Walking distance to many tourist sites. Felt very safe in this location.Rooms basic but have everything you need. Reception staff friendly and helpful.
No facial tissues in bathroom.
very close to trevi 15 minute walk and in an upscale neighborhood with very high end hotels around
