NH Collection Roma Centro

We were very upset with the gentleman who check us in. We were told there were no exceptions to getting into our room before 3pm. After traveling overseas and asking at 2pm if we could check in, he said no. Very unprofessional with how we were treated.

The staff was outstanding. Attentive, caring, honest. Extremely well run location!

Cleanliness, Safe area

Unfriendly Staff. No greetings. I?ve been to a few NH Collection hotels and by far this is the worst.

Location is fantastic. Breakfast was good but could have more variety.

Our tub enclosure had no glass door for shower use, so water flooded floor. And the ¿fridge¿ does not keep anything remotely cool - front desk staff told me it was only for ¿mini bar¿ not refrigeration. They refused to provide me with fridge for meds.

The room Was clean and good size.

The hotel is under renovation and we were not told about it.

We loved the location,accommodations, the tremendous breakfast buffet,and the friendly staff. very clean place to stay.

Excellent location, very convenient for exploring Rome on foot.The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.Staff were friendly and professional — special thanks to Salah for his outstanding help.

Inconsistent communication regarding staying in the same room across multiple reservations.I was asked to change rooms after being previously assured I could remain in the same one.The situation caused inconvenience and felt unprofessional in handling.

The location was great for walking to Rome’s main attractions, the reception and restaurant were excellent, and the complimentary connected room was very helpful. The hotel also arranged a hop-on hop-off bus tour, which was a nice touch.

The rooms were small and the cleanliness, especially the toilets, could be improved.

Bed a little narrow and on the hard side

- prime location - safe and clean neighborhood, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, metro station, close walking distance to all main attractions - nice room design, comfy bed, beautiful view, well equipped with all facilities including coffee machine, water refilled daily, vanity essentials etc. Cleanliness spot on- hotel went extra mile to ensure warm welcome and make our special occasion celebration memorable - profesional and attentive staff

There was no internet connection in my room for my whole stay because of a technical problem which is sad such a hotel name cant arrange internet or at least change my room

Welcoming, helpful staff and the room was really nice and well equipped.

There was a lovely outdoor courtyard but we werent allowed entry to it.

We just returned from an absolutely perfect vacation, and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel experience. The hotel was spotless, peaceful, and our suite felt like a true home away from home. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Michele, the manager, who was always there to help with anything we needed. Every detail was taken care of, and it truly made our stay unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our experience.What we liked most is Michelle Borrieello, Guest Relations Manager.From the moment my family and I met him, he warmly welcomed us, made us feel at home, and assisted us with every issue.If Michelle is at the hotel, we will definitely arrange another trip again.

We were charged for chips from the mini-bar, but we did not take any!

Good value for money and good locationclose to a metro and a bus stationroom is more modern and larger than most in Roma

No parking garageroom service has few meal options

Excellent location in a great area of Rome, good breakfast choice.

We were taking breakfast at 9:30-10 on week days and the facility was very crowded, to the point there was no clean plates at the buffet and free tables were not cleaned immediately so we had to help ourselves.
