LH Hotel Lloyd Rome

Good location, not too far from Termini Station and close to the Borghese Park. The room is spacious and has everything you need.The Lady from the Reception Desk, Cristina, was absolutely wonderful and helpful, so funny.

The interior design is pretty much outdated and they were doing renovations but sadly the new changes look just as outdated. I wish breakfast had more salad options, but overall it was good and plentiful.I didn't like the pillows on the bed very much.

Another really enjoyable stay at the hotel. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and a great bonus was being able to collect a "breakfast box/bag" as we had to depart the hotel very early (i.e. before the breakfast time of 7am). We really appreciated all these things and already looking forward to our next stay!

The breakfast was better than expected. The staff was amazing and they helped us a lot.

The room was cold, really cold. They change our room and the second room was also cold. We had a baby and he was cold. We had to buy a heater to make the room warm. Also where was hot water olny in the morning. We was 5 days and only 1 we had hot water.

The property was clean throughout, clearly well-maintained and furnished.

The beds were a bit difficult to sleep on, however this is the only complaint, and our stay was wonderful aside from this.

Staff is nice and food was good too , location is not bad you can use taxi for 10 euro or bus for 1.5 euro .

The hotel is old they should change and renew lots of things specially the curtains in rooms and carpet in the corridors is horrible and the carpet and sofas in the reception and please remove the trash bin from the main entrance its really horrible to watch them through the reception glass . Too much cleaning need to be done .

The location was perfect for us. The breakfast offered was more than expected and coffee offerings were excellent. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful and spoke English exceptionally well .

Water for showering was cold.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms spacious.

The location was good.

Reception areas worn and in bad condition. Breakfast and breakfast room were very bad, quite depressing to sit in and the breakfast options very limited.

Cute little hotel! Away from the hustle and bustle but only a 15/20 min walk from the trevi fountain! Many pharmacies, bakeries, and restaurants around! Two really good pizza places right down the street from them! Their breakfast was cute! And you had the option to sit outside on the balcony or inside! It was too hot to sit outside (went during the heatwave). It was very comfy to stay in and a cute room!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, albeit quite expensive and not so central, although there were regular buses.The breakfast choices were good, with fresh produce, fruit and salad.

The property was okay it could use some upgrades, breakfast was good.

The property was old, our toilet seat was broken the whole time we were there the cleaners could see it when they cleaned and nothing was done about it.

The breakfast was excellent and the location was superb. We were very close to many things we liked and the bus stops nearby made it easy to access everything else. Several very good restaurants with a variety of offerings are an easy walk away and most are open quite late into the night.

The air condition in the room could barely keep up with the heat. We were in a top floor corner room facing south, so we had direct sun all day (during a heat wave). Nevertheless, the AC should be improved to keep up with the heat.

The breakfast was great. The location was also good. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful :D

The WiFi did not work, the room was much smaller than in pictures.

It was very comfortable, clean, very beautiful, staff were all incredibly nice, receptionist helped me with questions about public transport and airport shuttle, kitchen staff was a very sweet and hospitable mister, they cleaned our room every single day. Next time in Rome I am definitely booking the hotel again.

Friendly and helpful staff

The bathroom, very small and shower door was very difficult to open and close, roller mechanism was all worn and the door could have fallen off causing injury, quite dangerous actually.

Staff were friendly and facilities were good,

the mini fridge in our room was broken and the toilet seat nearly hanging off. A very expensive polo shirt went missing from my room, when I approached staff they didn’t really seem to care and said they would have a look, it was never found but no talk of compensation etc. unfortunately wouldn’t stay again.

Only stayed one night for this it was okay.

Room was very old in need of renovation.Breakfast hall was a small room. At two spots water drops came from the ceiling.

Breakfast was good, the hotel is old and needs renovation, however, it was clean and cosy.

I had no view; the window faced the terrace. Wifi was not working for all 4 days.
