- The most disturbing part was that the bearded gentleman at reception tried to fleece us by asking for payment in Cash. He deliberately declined my MC/Visa/AMEX cards stating that something was wrong with all 3 of my cards. He was looking for cash
- 3 day trip...was not able to shower for 2 out of the 3 days in my room...they were able to fix the issue...so on my last day and the morning I left I was able to use the shower in my room...the neighborhood has a lot of trash..and sketchy individuals..
- There was NO running hot water in our room.

Bad
It’s completely different from the pictures, in more bad condition with a lot of moisture on the walls
The location was convenient for exploring Rome and close to transport and major sights.
Unfortunately, interactions with some staff felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, which affected the overall experience.
Considering it is in central Rome, very good value for money, with a 24-hour reception. Close to the station and airport links, and many restaraunts, but far away enough from the "sights" for the locality to not be too crowded. Basic facilities, but at a very reasonable price.
Cramped design of the bathroom in my room 615
I liked the proximity to the central train station: easy to reach and to depart. Generally the price was fair compared to the market for a room which could host 2 people
Double bed marked during the booking was not available; information provided only upon when reaching the structure. The facility was old and so were the bedroom and the toilet presented signs of humidity infiltration. 2 twin-bed very small
Friendly staff and very accommodating
Very close to metro and churches and restaurants
Staff were great and very friendly and helpful. The room was large and divided by the bathroom via a screen, which was a little strange, but we got used to it and it worked well. There was a large jacuzzi bath, but we never had time to use it, as we had a shower which was quicker. As we were on the 6th floor, it was very quiet (apart from some neighbours coming in late one night). The bed was large and comfortable and the cleaners were fantastic - they came in everyday with fresh towels and tidied the room and made the bed, which we really appreciated. We didn't have the breakfast, but it looked very reasonable compared to prices in the local bars. The room was great value for money considering the location, as it was only a few minutes walk from Termini Station and the bus to and from the airport. Lots of amenities close by, including the fantastic Mercato Centrale!
The bed had a strange metal frame around it, which made it a bit awkward getting in and out of, but I did get used to it and after the first night, it got easier. There was a step in the bathroom close to the shower, which I forgot about on a couple of occasions. In the end, I put a towel below it to remind me it was there. It is clearly marked, but easy to forget about in the dark!We stayed 5 nights and I wouldn't let the above stop me staying again, as it's great value for money in a great location.
It was cheap and close to the city centre
It is very noisy… the street and the building inside as well. I had trouble falling asleep. Also I was there in January, and the heating was very weak, I was freezing during the night.
Location
Heater not functioning during winter, it’s was freezing
Nice personal, low price, location near main train station, they gave us triple room instead of Double for free
It was a bit noisy
Don’t stay if you don’t...
The Indian staff is rude, unprofessional and disrespectful! The Indian staff at the front desk were rude, unprofessional and arrogant. He continues to use the aerial phone to talk to his fiancé during inverted clients and work. He cannot clearly explain or provide legal documents on the tourist tax for the current year 2026. He showed me the sheet with the Italian language of 2023, when I asked him for the English version, he replied that by taking pictures and translating it on your phone. What do you think you can talk to the client like that while you said that 6 years of experience working at the receptionist? He kept the blame that I'm rude to him when he smiled at me after talking photos those papers on the wall for the evidence to be reported. If you are really calm, professional as you said. You never behave like this with 6 YEARS of work here. So be ashamed of him and disappoint those people like that.
The property had a nice and close location to the center of the city and it was comfortable to walk without getting a taxi, bus or metro.
The property was not the same as it was listed. There was a very bad smell in the room . There was a water drops in the room.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The bed was too soft therefore not super comfortable. The toilet had no door, I do not understand why.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and was located close to the train station
Room close to reception it gets noisy even in the early parts of the morning so don’t get a good sleep, slight damp smell in bathroom
Staff friendly
I was attacked by a thief that broke my door room and tried to enter the room by force
The location is perfect! The stuff is so kind !
The pillow wasn't comfortable for me ! But nothing else!
Perfect location, big room
Q The bedspreads weren't very clean,
