Friendly & helpful staff, room size

Air conditioning did not keep the room cool & made sleep difficult

Very close to the train station which we needed with a 7:05 train in the morning. They have a 6:45 breakfast which allowed us to grab some fruit and a yogurt before we left and we still made our train ontime!! The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The neighborhood is very touristy

Surprise about the Rome city tax of 6 euros per person per night. Poor water pressure in the shower, fine for toilet and sink. AC unit could not control individual room temperate and it was too cold the first several nights. Opened a windo to compensate

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was good had a varied selection. Bartender was very friendly and welcoming.very close to termini and bus stops making it very easy to get around.I would definitely stay again!!!

Breakfast could have some fresh fruit bananas,strawberries etc. But it was very good overall.

good location. it is close to the roma termini, easy to find it if you take the right exit at the roma termini. That also means it is close to the metro.

everything is teeny tiny. you might say it is normal in a crowded city. Trust me, you can find a real normal size room in another hotel, at the similar price. there are so many buttons on the wall to control lights, ridiculous thing is they don't work.

The staff were excellent and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was delicious! It was super clean.

the hotel is located very close to Rome Termini and subway. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. It is very convenient for visitors to Rome.

The staff was excellent! I don't think that they could have been any better. So kind, and went out of their way to be helpful. The whole hotel was very clean. It was in a good location, just a 3 min walk from the train station, and 20 from all history

I stayed in 4 star hotels many times all over the world. This was NOT one of them. The bed was VERY uncomfortable, and I had bigger showers on a cruise ship.

The location was great, one street back from Termini with lots of restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The staff were very friendly and went over and above to help. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well furnished and very comfortable.

Wonderful staff who went out of their way to help us (early check-in etc.). Location right by Termini Station. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Practically nothing.

The breakfast was excellent. Booking.com had made an error by not including breakfast in my booking despite my request for a hotel that provided breakfast. The hotel management offered us complementary breakfast package. Very much appreciated.

The lift did not work sometimes.

Lovely room, just a bit too far out for main attractions but this was due to heat when walking distance. Our room was on 6th floor and clean and tidy. Would recommend
