Didn’t realize it was 30 min from airport as that’s why I booked it. Also, advertised a shuttle, and I had to call an uber as they don’t have one

The location was seaside and very beautiful.

The distance from the airport was much further than represented at booking. It cost us $65 Euros in taxi fees to get there for a half hour ride. It was not 11 miles away. We were also charged $15 Euros CASH at check-in, which was not disclosed @ booking

I called the customer care to help me with my booking and seriously I didn¿t get the proper response and they didn¿t address my concern. This didn¿t look like a 4 star hotel at all! Very bad experience and the room is not clean including the towels, et

Horrible! The hotel had not turn on the air conditioner so is 85° in her room. A Staff member and knocked on our door at 11:30 at night because they misunderstood the room number that was calling for help. When we woke up there was 12 mosquitoes in room.

Hotel says they are 4 star not even close. No AC, no restaurant, no shuttle u less you want to pay $55 for shuttle each person each direction. They also charged a $14 a day tax $6 per person per day. No restaurants around. Room looked at run down ap

Pleasant staff very helpful

Hotel misrepresented as serving for Fiumicino airport with shuttle service. It is long cab ride out from Rome and another cab ride to the airport all at a Extra cost.

Location, room and bathroom. Was quiet and very comfortable.

Restaurant was not yet open for meals.

It's on the beach. Walking distance to dock with nice restaurants. Crew were helpful and niceRoom had a balcony. It was a good choice to get over a 12 hour flight and decompress

The staff were excellent! The breakfast was great, large buffet.

I did not like the location, very isolated, but.a couple of restaurants where you can eat. I would not stay in this location for more than 1 night, and I personally would not stay in this location again. In the room there was a problem with my toilet not always flushing. Even after they came to fix it, the toilet did not always flush.

Comfortable room. Fab view. Far enough away to not hear the party in the centre of town. Very agreeable staff.

Almost every time I opened my balcony door, my room filled with cigarette smoke from other guests chain smoking and shouting into their mobile phones while having them on loud speaker.

The receptionists were extremely helpful. I had limited mobility and they all helped with my luggages. The garage is convenient. We had a wonderful room with sea view. The location is excellent with good restaurants at walking distance. The hotel is close to the beach and my daughter had a nice swim.

One elevator got broken and we had to use the bridge to reach our room and it was a bit shaky.

This place was great!! Super clean, nice hotel, right across from the beach and marina! We had a great time and went to the restaurant that the front desk recommended, was delicious!

Excellent location, next to the beach and the marina, restaurants, beautiful rooms, clean just perfect. The staff super friendly, helpful. Great breakfast.

All was perfect

The staff is very nice and helpful, housekeeping is great, but the Wi-Fi in the rooms does not work properly, although there is a smart TV in the rooms, it does not connect to the internet, the breakfast is mediocre.

Nothing to add for this hotel i go there as its the best one there is in the area everything is perfect clean rooms big spacious and amazing views ive been going there since covid nothing to complain

Air conditioners were not working. There were bugs in the bathroom.

I stayed overnight due to a connecting flight, and it was an excellent choice. The relaxing atmosphere and beautiful sea view made it a perfect stopover.

Just a note for travelers: the taxi from the airport to the hotel is about 40 euros each way, so keep that in mind when budgeting.
