Location and staff were excellent.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Room was tiny

The location was perfect and the staff was wonderful.

Is to much expensive and during our staying we found scorpions in our room

The cleaning is poor.. we kill two scorpions and we reported but they do not do nothing

Location was awesome, less than 2 blocks from Spanish Steps, walking distance to all tourist attractions and great food. Room was huge. Off beaten path.

I know it’s a European thing to throw two twins to make a king but how about some sort of girdle or something to keep the wedge from occurring or being noticeable.

The smell in the all area of the hotelThey paint and it was terrible to bright. The polici hit in the bathroom only for some hours!

No coffee in the room, bed was hard. No desire to make us happy. Overpriced for what we received.

Location is awesome, just few meters from Spanish Steps. Stuff is super friendly and helpful.

Door to the bathroom is not soundproof, so everything happening there is well heard in the room

When i arrived the receptionist said my room was upgraded and it was actually the worst room as it had 30 stairs inside which wasnt convenient and when i asked to change he said no rooms left, meaning it wasnt an upgrade at all and had to make a big fuss to change the next day and move

Clean. Location was great. Food. And staff were great

The tv didn’t work. Reception sent someone up, they couldn’t fix the tv so we was left without a tv. We paid 35euro per person for 2 hour use of the spa. We were asked to wait half hour before use so they could turn everything on to heat up and be ready for us to use which was fine. However after half hour of been in the pool we tried to use the sauna and found it had not been turned on at all meaning we had to go to reception for assistance to ask them to sort it out. They came in and turned it on but obviously this needed the half hour to heat up. So we were then more than half way through our time slot before we could use it and this resulted in us only being able to use that once. They did knock off 10 euro per person but as we couldn’t use the full facilities for the full time we don’t feel this was enough. As for the lack of tv there was no compensation for this which was disappointing as it’s nice to be able to have some music or something on in the background while using the jacuzzi that sits in the middle of the room.Otherwise nice hotel and good location just a shame about the lack of support and amendments with these issues.

Location is great, Reception Staff was great, room was very spacious!

Although the windows are sound proof, and the room was huge and with high ceilings, i could hear every sound from the room above me, walking in the shoes, taking shoes off, moving bags.. walking.. I also didn’t like that the rooms don’t have any coffee machine or kettle!

Perfect location, near the spanish steps.100 m from a metro station (spagna) lots of resturatns options.The room was large, comfortable and good shower presure

Breakfast was sub-standard for a 4* hotel in that price category, both in regard to the modest offerings as well as some of the staff (with one very positive exception!) which did not understand a word, there was constantly something missing, no plates, no cups, cold coffee, a dysfunctional toaster oven, etc etc.Room was small and modestly appointed (we didn't stay in a room with whirlpool etc.), also very noisy (via Sistina is a roaring highway)One elevator was "out or order" for the entire stay.We stay in such hotels quite often, and we expected a bit more, here.
