Definitely a great location. A bakery/gelato shop Nextdoor sure helps also!

The first night was rough as the air conditioner in the windowless room wasn?t working. Management was quick to give us a new room upon finding this out the next day.

Very convenient location

Very loud and a lot at night by both other guests using common areas and from people outside.

I didn?t realize our room was not in the main building. The elevator is TINY, and we were on the 5th floor. (Over 200 steps)

The staff was uniformly friendly, professional, and helpful.

The internet in our room did not work, but we were advised about this at the time of our check-in and given the chance to opt for a different room.

Close to everything, quiet despite being in a busy area, clean.

The hotel we were moved to was excellent. Central yet a quiet neighbourhood full of locals with great cafes and restaurants. The staff couldn't have been nicer.

The first hotel had put us in an overflow room that was a bit of a nightmare. When I complained in the morning they worked very hard to find us a hotel where we would be happy. They moved us immediately at no expense and chose the perfect spot.

Good location near Trevi Fountain, restaurants and shopping.

Very poor check in with Felipo, he was rude! He Did not mention we would be charged for breakfast which I had already bought with my booking.

The location couldn¿t be beat for walking to the Travis Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, etc.

It was noisy up until at least 11pm from the people and in the middle of the night you could here the trash trucks and people cleaning the streets. If you¿re a light sleeper and want your rest not the place for you. I had no problem, but my wife did. ¿Â

Perfect location. Very quaint but comfortable and the staff was very accommodating

The staff was very friendly, helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. The hotel was close to so many sites in Rome, it was the perfect spot.

Just one little thing.... they did not have any plugs that adapted to our cell phones and other electrical items.

The hotel need relays, carpet is dirty the rooms are not what the pictures show, The pictures look really nice but the rooms are Too small and carpet needs to be replaced . Walls in hallway are broken !

The room we eventually ended up in was magnificent! The location was perfect! All but one staff member was hospitable and friendly.

The morning desk person was rude, didn¿t like Americans and was confrontational. I know Americans come off entitled, but the people, including me, were just asking basic questions and he was just rude. This one person is why my stars are low.

The location is AMAZING. Right by the Trevi fountain!

The rooms are very, very tiny, about 6x6 (1m x 1m). We were ok with that since you don¿t come to Rome to sit in your room, but there was a lot of mold on the carpet and a septic smell in the room and especially the bathroom.

Its proximity to popular tourist spots.

There are no drawers on the bedside table. Need to provide tissue boxes Safe should be bigger to accomodate laptops.

The carpet was filthy. The bathroom had a strange odor and we complained about it, however, nothing was done. The wifi was not working. Very dirty for the price we paid.!

Staff and location were perfect.

Room was extremely small for two people. I have stayed here before with bigger rooms so could just be the room we received.

The location, and the staff did such a great job cleaning the rooms.
