    • Hotel itself was lovely and the location was good. Only problem was as noted below.
    • The staff were very courteous and location was great.
    • Amazing location. Very easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and sites. Staff was great, made it very easy to check in and out. And allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel before and after the stay.

    Cons -

    • Upon arriving at the hotel there's a sign informing you that check in for the hotel is actually at another hotel. So you have to lug your suitcases up the hilly street and around the corner to check in. NOT a good system.
    • We reported that the bathroom had a sewage odor, no one came before we checked out at 8:00am.
    • Only negative was the bed was short and too firm. My fiancée's feet hung off the end and he's only 5'11".

This hotel was fantastic! Its location was perfect for walking to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean despite being an older building (like everything in Rome). By far the best part was the rooftop terrace for breakfast.

Only negative was the bed was short and too firm. My fiancée's feet hung off the end and he's only 5'11".

    The location.

Rooms small but that is Italy :)

    10LaPosted on: 12-16-2024

I stay there 2 times already because the Interior is stunning. Typical old roman and brings you additional feeling.

    10AndreiPosted on: 9-27-2024

Very central and walk distance from Fontana di Trevi. Staff are helpful and very politely.

As normal, in Italy almost all hotels are quite old so don’t think you will stay on a brand new hotel.

It felt like a 4 star hotel, outstanding service, amazing location only 5min away from georgeus Trevi fountain. Delicious breakfast and very helpful staff. Highly recommended!

    5VivianPosted on: 8-7-2024

    It was central to everything

Was like living in a shoe box the aircon was leaking and smelled funky

    10FernandoPosted on: 7-19-2024

I enjoyed the location, which is top-notch, just a few blocks away from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Roma and Rome's commercial centre. I also enjoyed the kindness, quality, and patience for explaining of the staff, and the help they provided when I was in trouble (I forgot something really important in the safe-deposit box and they took care of it and kept it safe until my return). I was able to leave my bags before check-in time and they were in my room when I was back. The terrace is lovely and the breakfast is really good. It has a couple restaurants just in front, next to or around the corner. Recommended!

    Great location. Comfortable room.

Having to go to the other hotel to check in and out. No pre-warning of this when booking.

The location is perfect and central. The breakfast and the terrace were lovely and the staff was great and very helpful. Also they provided good gluten free options during breakfast upon request. We also liked the fact that your luggage will be delivered to your room since we left the luggage there as we arrived earlier than the check in time.

The triple room was a bit too small for 3 people and it only had 1 window. Also the hotel shares a reception desk with another hotel round the corner (only a couple of minutes away).

    Location was central.

Very poor customer experience, when you arrive at the property there is no on site reception, you need to check in at another hotel which is not per the advertising. Our access cards were terminated so we could not access the hotel in between our stay, the service to restore this access was incredibly poor and unfriendly. The overall hotel room was extremely hot, not sufficient air ventilation which did not help. The room we were placed in looked nothing like advertised. The wifi facility is extremely poor, disconnects every few seconds. The location whilst central is located near dumpsters where there can be extreme noise in the middle of the night which woke us up multiple times during the night. The breakfast included is not worth it, most the items were stale, only coffee was okay.Upon check-out they incorrectly wanted to bill for water we didn’t consume as well. This place was definitely not worth the value to say the least, I’d advise against booking here as it was a very unpleasant stay

Very clean, free wifi, good friendly staff, excellent location and breakfast was good with barista coffee. Easy walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, where you will find a lot of restaurants and tourist shops.

The room was very small, and I could accept this if the other things I am about to mention were addressed. No on site concierge, you have to check-in and check-out at another hotel that is around the corner in another street. This can be a pain if you are carrying luggage. If you want to leave luggage, you have to take it to the other hotel. They were not very accommodating for early check-in. There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which is very big negative in my view. The fridge was not stocked with anything other than two bottles of water, but there is a price list for drinks that are not stocked there. There is a small shop that sells wines and drinks next door but it is a rip off.

Very simple, but quite enough breakfast with nice view. Great location. This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel (we like the price/quality ratio). Lots of my friends also stayed here on my recommendation, first of all because of the location. The staff answers all the questions very quickly

    5EamonnPosted on: 11-5-2023

It was central. Good continental breakfast

No one n reception. Had to check in at another hotel around the corner. Very small breakfast room. Could do with a paint and revamp as decor very dated.

    9LorettaPosted on: 10-30-2023

The close proximity to everything we wanted. The breakfast was great and cappuccinos were excellent.?

The shower walls had old soapy marks and also it got blocked so we had quick showers.

    5MariaPosted on: 10-29-2023

The location was good, walking distance to Trevi and other key sites. Breakfast was average and the room far too small for the cost. I wouldn't be back there. The check in has to be done in another hotel nearby.

The size of the room, very claustrophobic and inadequate, very expensive. It is also rather noisy. I wouldn't recommend it.

Staff at the sister hotel reception were very helpful. Hotel was in a good location. Lovely terrace for breakfast
