Pros +
- The staff was excellent, location, quiet, good breakfast
- It was close to the sites we were looking to see; the Vatican, Palestine Hill, the Colosieum.
- The staff were extremely helpful, and just did an amazing job of making the stay in Rome all the more better. Very knowledgeable of where to go and how to get there. Overall made the experience in Rome all the better.
Cons -
- The hotel offers a taxi service to meet you at the airport for 50 euros. We scheduled this but the hotel failed to come through for us. So we ended up paying 25 more euros for the taxi service available at the airport.
- The Wifi was basically non-functional. I could not maintain a stable connection for more than a minute. As such, VOIP calls and messaging such as Skype/Messenger/Google Hangouts was not an option. Worse was trying to open support chat with airlines.
- Air-conditioning could have been better, but it was extremely hot when we were there.

Location was convenient to sights and transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was equipped to handle the summer weather.
Location, room, balcony were great.
Air-conditioning could have been better, but it was extremely hot when we were there.
Location
No air conditioning and uncomfortable bed
Location was great! Just steps away from Vatican Museum. Staff was very attentive and friendly.
Beds were very firm/hard as were the pillows.
Location, comfortable beds, free coffee and tea 24/7, cheerful staff
Not a lot of amenities available. Elevator and bathroom are on the old side, still works though. if you're just there to sleep, should be fine
We were thrilled to have a location so close to the Vatican which was a main focus of our visit. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. We were glad to get a second room at short notice for one of the 2 nights.
The space was unexpectedly tight especially in the shower. I believe that was an aspect of being in downtown Rome and not something the hotel could change. The eggs were a bit dry at breakfast.
Conveniently located to Vatican museum and St Peter’s
Small bathroom and shower
Breakfast buffet could use some improvement. Scrambled eggs, rice, and beans were cold almost everyday. There were tons of pastries and sliced bread, but need better selection for people without a sweet tooth
Staff were friendly and helpful. Also the room was spacious
The whole experience got ruined because the toilet was dirty since I arrived
Breakfast was good, beds were comfy, room was clean, staff was friendly. Location is great - Vatican wall was visible through the room window.
The room is small, but is all we needed. The air conditioning worked great and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. They allowed us to leave our luggage locked up after we checked out so we could attend our tour before leaving Rome. The location is perfect, being right next to the Vatican and a short walk to the Metro.
The shower is a little small and the floor is slippery- so we had to be careful that we didn’t slip.
The hotel is in a good locations, steps from the Vatican. And The staff —Irene and Christian and Seif and another front-desk lady and young man (at night) were charming and accommodating, with ideas for restaurants and other local venue.
No color or comfort in the room, and cheap, uncomfortable furniture in the lobby lounge. The hotelneeds refurbishing. Also, there should be a staff member who helps arrivals with their luggage up the front steps.
Location location location… your steps from the Vatican Museum entrance and 3 blocks from the Metro station
No 110 volt plugs
Location. Right next to Vatican Museum. Unbeatable
Small room but that is expected in Rome
The breakfast was good, it had multiple items to select from and they were good. The staff is very helpful from the moment we arrived until we needed to store our bags to explore Rome. The 4th floor patio is a nice place to relax with friends, we enjoyed our stay and the location is awesome.
Lovely hotel in a great location beside the vatican
The breakfast. Mainly the coffee which really wasn't nice and that ruined breakfast!! Especially when in Rome!Pity
Great location, super friendly staff, affordable.
