Location

So many things: wireless was bad, ac was not working properly room was so hot

The location was great. The staff was very nice and helpfull. Room was ok for two people.

During the night was a little bit noisy because of some consturctions on the road but this is not the hotels problem in the end.

Top location, a few minutes to the metro station and the main train station. Close to the center.

No reaction of the hotel to the chaos created by the guests of one room, until 5am in the morning, noise, drunk guests, activation of the alarm. The impression is that the hotel is unsafe to stay in.

Disgustingly Horrible

Moldy shower curtain and bathroom ceiling, NO warm water during shower, STAINED bedsheets and cover, stains on wooden bed, overall the property was not maintained well.

The location is great. A few steps from the Termini station. The staff is friendly. The bathroom is too small, overall facilities in images seems more comfort than in reality.

More comfort and fresh staff in the room. ( For examples, the curtains were stained and torn)

The hotel was located within an easy walk to the train station. The train was our main way of transportation during our visit. The staff was very friendly. Even though the hotel was a bit dated, it met our needs.

The bathroom was rather cramped and small but manageable.There was no phone in our room.There was no breakfast. (which we knew ahead of time)Cable TV didn't work well.

The security system is not good. Once, I was given the keys of someone else's room. This means that the keys of my room could also have been given to another guest ?

Location close to Roma termini and easy to take bus or train to tourist attractions

The location is very close to the bus and train station. Also the area if full of hotels so its never really empty

The room is way too small for the price we paid. There was no space to open our bags. The room was not as clean.We barely slept because of the sounds at night

Location near Ter.ini Station excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel badly in need of a refurbish

The only thing I liked was the location, it was close to every tourist attraction we were on foot to everywhere about 15-20-minute walk to everywhere, and the staff were friendly

everything was so old, the room smelled, the bed smelled and it felt like a rock , room was small , no words about the shower it was sooo small you could not even move I would not recommend this hotel at all , this was not a 3 star hotel

The room was narrow and not always clean.

The owner was very rude, the cleaning guy ( scary) walked into our room at 8:30 am and scared us two times, not confortable

It was cheap.

The bed was horrible, it was hard as a literal bench. The shower and bathroom were very moldy and one day we got locked inside because an employee was taking a very long bathroom break and had locked the front door so we could not exit and it almost ended up having us miss a tour we had booked.

The staff were cooperative and helpful. It was very close to the main terminal station, lots of restaurants around the hotel.

No breakfast included, no coffee or tea maker, no tissue box, had to use toilet paper, the AC worked like a fan, struggled to sleep in 38-41 degree centigrade. They tried to fix the AC but couldn’t. Window was covered by a thick colored cover, no light or fresh air from outside.

The property was clean and ready.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and if you want to be near Termini, the location is really good.

There was dust everywhere in the room, it was terribly dirty, and even the linen was very stained. I don’t think they understand what cleanliness means. There were also insects in the bathroom. I would never choose this hotel again, because cleanliness is very important to me

Stayed for 4 nights, the building is old the toilet was very dirty. I will not recommend this hotel.

NO Personal privacy, they wanted us to give our room key, whenever we will go outside.

Good location by the Terminal. Rooms are small, okay for a short stay and staff were very nice and friendly.
