No air conditioning in common areas and fitness room wasn't available for use.

Great location near U.S. Embassy. 10 minute walk to Barberini train station. Bus stations near by. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants and supermarkets nearby (and Laundromat). Super friendly and helpful hotel staff. Clean!! I'd definitely stay again!!

Just a couple minor stuff~ Elevator is somewhat slow. Wish the room had a kettle for hot water. But all others were great!!

Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet hotel. I liked the modern vibe of the decor. THE LOCATION SUCKS. It's 10 minutes walk from ONE museum and EVERY OTHER PLACE is a 30-45+ minutes walk. Don't count on cabs because they often go on strike. The staff was not

SAD LOCATION. Take all the places you want to visit and do a google map from hotel address to the venue and you will see how inconvenient this location is. Nearby restaurants are NOT GOOD. Italy is a 3rd world country with 1st world prices.

I loved the location, just outside of the major touristy attractions in the city. I also really loved the modern look to the hotel, it seemed newly renovated. The room was nice and modern, with all the necessities.

My only complaint were that the walls seemed very thin and you could hear everything while inside of our hotel room. Granted, our room was located right outside the elevator but nonetheless, it was very noisy when we tried to sleep during all hours.

The staff was very kind, respectful and helpful. In majority they speak French and English, the comprehension was easy. Classic European breakfast, cleanroom, beautiful hotel, good localisation near restaurants, metro station, etc..

Unfortunately, the door does not sufficiently block out noise from the common hallway.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! I haven't experienced such attentive service for guests, even in 5-star hotels. We asked for slippers and a kettle, and they brought them to us for free. They gave us chocolates for Valentine's Day and allowed us to check out an hour later. The hotel is located in a quiet, beautiful area. Good breakfasts! Thank you!

We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in Rome! We were truly impressed by the openness, empathy, and exceptional kindness of the reception staff — Mr. Francesco and Mr. Kirill. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of from the very first moment. Great respect to Mr. Francesco and Mr. Kirill — people like them are truly unforgettable.The hotel itself is very interesting, with nice interiors and a friendly atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. Staying at this place was a real pleasure. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you very much for such a wonderful experience! ⭐️

The bathroom had a weird smell when we woke up, and when we were going to bed it made really loud noises

Great location, and the entire service is excellent. I didn’t have breakfast included, but I decided to have it anyway—great choice, with good music too. The staff in the dining room were attentive and always smiling. I highly recommend it.

The staff was super kind and even welcomed us with a free drink. The room was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for a short trip. Wi-Fi and Pay TV were included in the price, which was a nice bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great staff, good location.

Rooms are small and dark, even with all the lights on it remained dark because of the black walls. Barely any surface to accommodate personal items.

Breakfast was good, we are late risers and didn't always eat breakfast. Location is excellent for walking around Rome.

The location is perfect, couldn't ask for a better spot. Room was always clean. Staff was always attentive. Bed was comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like about my room was the shower. Every time I used it, water would leak from the shower down onto the floor and into the carpeted floor near the door. I also thought the WiFi had a very weak signal. Otherwise everything was perfect.
