Everything was perfect, room was neat and clean, I had a room with balcony, nice view outside. Breakfast was also super. Staff at reception was very cooperative and nice.

Everything. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect and the staff is incredibly nice. We travel a lot but we rarely meet this professional and kind staff in a hotel.

The hotel is in a excellent location for Olympic Stadium. Has a number of bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice. Only negative was that the lift was small and not always available. Had to walk up to roof top.for brealfast.

Staff where absolutely wonderful, very helpful and always with a smile.

We had an issue with the toilet cistern dripping all night but the staff did call maintenance to fix it but unfortunately the fix didn’t last so sleep was affected..

The hotel is older, but clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast on the terrace with a view of the surroundings. Quite far from the historic center, but the position is ideal for attending an event at the Stadio Olimpico.

Bathroom needs some refurbishing, late check-in at 4PM.

Convenient location for the stadium, pleasant staff, breakfast was good, complimentary ice cream on arrival and the little gift we had when we left.

Paper cups, little out dated, shower head pipe over the bath was inconvenient, over priced in my opinion.

The stuff was always helpful. Bed was comfortable altough I would expect a single mattress not two of them combined on one bed. The neighbourhood was quiet and I felt safe. There was a bus stop nearby.

The floor was not clean - you could see some dark hair on the floor. Additionally there were stains on the bedsheets - it was washed, however stains did not wash off completely. I would expect the hotel to throw such bedsheets away…The hotel also promised that the rooms will be muted, yet I could hear easily what was happening in other rooms through the doors.

I liked the fact that I was offered an upgrade. The location is also fine. There are lots of buses and metro to go to the city center. There are also lots of pubs and restaurants in the area. Great view to the Church and the river.

Not enough hangers in the bathroom, so you wonder where exactly to hang the bathrobe or the towels.

The location was great, the bed was very comfortable, fluffy towels and bathrobe. The room was quiet.

I chose the upgraded room with a “terrace” which turned out to be a small balcony on the Main Street. It was not worth the extra money.

Hotel was in an excellent location, rooms were clean and there was lots of space. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking to explore northern Rome. Staff was super friendly and helpful (taxis, recommendations, etc). Breakfast was delicious and Dolly (the breakfast attendant) is cheerful and brings a wonderful start to the day.

This room was very spacious by European hotel standards, and so were the bathroom and the balcony. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. I had two repair issues in the room which were both fixed very quickly. The HVAC worked well. There was a small fridge and an electric kettle, both of which are important to me. The staff were personable and competent. This location was great for me because it was very near the home of a friend I was visiting, but it is either a long walk (about 45 minutes) or a tram ride to get to Piazza del Popolo, so probably would not work for everyone.

The hair dryer was one of these horrible installed-in-the-wall things, made worse by a button that must be pressed at all times to keep the dryer on, made even worse by a very short coiled cord that resisted stretching and installation about 14-16 inches (35-40 cm) from the mirror. Whoever designed and installed this hair dryer never talked to a person who uses a hair dryer. There is no outlet in the bathroom and no mirror anywhere else, so you can't avoid the problem by bringing your own. It's just inexplicable why hotels inflict these on us because no one leaves their hotel room with the hair dryer on, and if the hotel provides a normal dryer and a guest leaves with it, the hotel can just charge the guest double the price of the dryer (just as hotels do with their bathrobes). I will not stay in a hotel if I know it inflicts this type of hair dryer on the guests, so I won't be staying here again.

Friendly staff at receptionCozy snd warm ambience of the restaurant for breakfast and wholeheartedly prepared food although I woud prefer some salad or cooked vegetables added.

Every time I took shower, the floor around the bathtub got all wet despite the fact that I made sure the shower head faced the bathtub enclosure with glass half wall. There was no hanging hook on the wall or door inside the bathroom.
