- Large bed.
- Great staff that was really kind and accommodated to your needs. They called us a taxi to the airport and helped us whenever we needed it. Location was perfect. Walking distance to many food places, main attractions (trevi fountain, churches, coliseum, etc. ). It was also quiet at night which made it easy to sleep!
- We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a very good location, close to everything we needed. The staff were professional, friendly, and always kind to us.Special thanks to Honey, who helped us many times and answered all our questions with patience and care. She really made our stay more comfortable. We definitely recommend this hotel!
Cons -
- At the time there was no 24hour reception. Unsure what makes this a 3 star hotel but to me it looked regular. I was only provided one bath towel.
- Restroom has a funky smell maybe due to old piping.
- The room was quite small for the price, which felt a bit expensive considering the size. The main issue was the bathroom: the shower drain seemed partially clogged, causing water to overflow, so I had to take very quick showers. This made using the bathroom uncomfortable at times.

The host was very kind and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out process was extremely easy. The room was small but cozy, clean, and well organized. The bed linens were clean and smelled fresh, and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable and pleasant. The location was excellent, which was one of the main reasons I chose this place

The staff was fabulous and the elevator was awesome after having to climb stairs with luggage at our other stays!
The area was a little farther out than I expected but metro and bus lines were easily accessible!
The hotel manager was the sweetest man ever! He knew we were coming for our stay during our honeymoon trip so he got a bottle of champagne and some flutes he met us with when we arrived at the front desk. It was such a sweet gesture!
Location was good, clean, and comfortable room with modern heat and air. Quiet inner room. Mini fridge was a nice addition.
Air fragrance diffuser was noisy
The hotel was ok, but in our room the air conditioner for heating was not working. It was a very old air conditioner.
the hotel is close to the center of the city, so you can walk anywhere you would like. the check-in was good, i had all of the information.
the only problem that i noticed is the damp air in the hotel rooms.
The person we met at the front desk (Mr. Mido) was quite exceptional in giving tips and directions in where to visit. Very friendly and helpful. A big thanks Mido! welldone
Hot water from the shower was not very hot.
It only took us 15mins to walk from Roma Termini to the hotel, but there is also an option to take the bus. Attractions in Rome are all near as you can go to these on foot. There are also near restaurants, cafe and grocery. The hotel staff especially Honey and Vishu were accommodating, we arrived a little earlier than the check-in time but we were already given our room as it was already cleaned. The hotel lobby, hallways and room all smell good. There is also an old, traditional elevator that works perfectly. Our room was spacious, clean and has a balcony. They provided extra pillows and blanket. We were also greeted with a complimentary croissant. The shampoo and soap provided smells good and didn’t irritate my sensitive skin. We also availed their breakfast buffet and I would say it was worth it. Room cleaning can be daily depending on your request using the door hanger.
We were asked to pay the city tax in cash, so make sure to have some on hand. The shower takes about 2mins to be hot but we didn’t really mind as we visited during the summer, but this might be an issue during the winter. Hotel slippers are not provided, good thing we brought one instead.
nicely maintained hotel in older historic building
lift only operated when we arrived with luggage. our room was in building nextdoor to reception.
Nice and cozy! Friendly and very helpful staff. Great location!
I tried the breakfast once. It was a bit simple but ok for the money. Other alternatives are very close by.
Excellent location and very friendly and helpful staff. Located opposite a lovely cafe that was great for breakfast. However, the walls of the rooms were exceptionally thin and you could hear everything going on around you including building work. Bathroom was also quite outdated
Location of the accommodation is good, just 15 minutes walk from central train station and to Trevi Fountain.
Construction work started outside of the hotel and next room very early in the morning. We would have expected that the staff would have given us a room further away of the very loud construction work. The hotel wasn't fully booked.
Close to Termini station. Many cafes and shops around. Staff was very friendly . Room was clean and big
Was upgraded when I got there to a double room. Staff were friendly and attentive.
A decent hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All requests were accepted and fulfilled.
Our 2-night stay was an amazing experience. The hotel's location and accessibility were excellent, with most of the city's attractions just a short walking distance away. It had a cozy, old-fashioned charm—almost like taking a brief trip back to the 18th century.
Staff were very helpful. Communications was good. Location was excellent.
The room was a little cold. The neighbours were a bit noisy. The bed was not super comfortable.
