The room was cold, the old air conditioner didn't heat.I left my bag at the reception desk to come back and get it later, but it turned out that the bag had been stolen.

Location excellent, barely 3 min walk from Roma Termini. Room and bathroom had all amenities listed, heating was good, hot water available. Area safe. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and toilet were both clean. Clean bed sheets. No excessive odor of room freshener.

Great, clean room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom.Loved the smart TV, mini fridge and complementary water and chocolates.Really easy to get to from Termini.24 Hour Reception; had to check out for an early flight at 3am.Really attentive staff, felt secure, comfortable and safe.Amazing mattress and pillows.Nice temperature, warm in the winter but had an AC unit which would be ideal in the Summer.Free, decent WiFi.

Slightly dated decor but would stay again.Shower was hot and powerful but was a bit dodgy on the door.

The location is perfect. Very close to Termini Station, supermarket and restaurants with different cuisine. There is also a lift for your luggage.

We got what we paid for so we can’t complain. It’s a very basic room.

We have booked 4 rooms, 2 of them were in very poor condition. The rooms were not cleaned. The toalets were not cleaned. The drains from the sink and shower were clogged, the water was not draining. The towels had stains and holes. When we complained to the reception, we received a response that the cleaning lady would clean the next day, and we had to stay in such substandard conditions. But the next day, the situation did not change for the better.

Let us check in early which helped us a lot, room was spacious and in a good location a couple of minutes walk from the station, the area was safe and the workers were nice and they then let us leave our luggage after check out. Good value for money would stay again

Some black mould in the bathroom and sometimes got a little noisy at night time from outside.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to Termini Station, restaurants, and shops, which made getting around Rome very easy. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. I really appreciated their warm hospitality.

Some parts of the room felt a little outdated, and the curtains could use some fixing. However, these were only minor issues and didn’t affect the overall comfort of my stay.

Location is excellent, just a stone throw away from Roma Termini railway station. Room okay with respect to charge.

Toilet could be cleaner. Wash basin was poorly designed as water would bounce off from it to the floor. Barely any gap between toilet seat and wash basin.

It was clean, good value for money, looked exactly like ln the photos and the staff was really kind! You get fresh water everday, room service and they help you out with all kind of questions!

Good place in busy Termini train station area. We arrived late (after midnight), so we were happy that the Hotel is nearby Termini and has a 24hr reception. The room was spacious, has what you need! You get what you pay for...and for a two night stay (we were out in Rome all day long) it is a good place to be. A really good coffee bar with breakfast just outside at the corner!
