Location, very helpful friendly staff, great room

The rooms have a noticeable mold smell, with visible cracks in the walls and mold in the bathrooms. The bathroom door handle even fell off. Black dust was falling from the air conditioning, and overall the rooms are badly in need of refurbishment. It feels like the property is focused on pushing for money rather than maintaining the actual quality of the rooms.The Wi-Fi is essentially nonexistent.If you’re in desperate need of a place for one or two nights, it’s doable, but I wouldn’t recommend it beyond that.

Only one receptionist was nice and helpful.

The room is small but clean and cozy. It is super cheap considering the location close to location (close to Termini station). The bathroom are ok and they have 24/24 check in service

The building is old. During the night I heard some noises because of the toilet of other clients.

The room was terrible it smelled very strange every time we walked in according the front desk person they had upgraded us it did not seem like it

The bathroom was small there rust around the heater the shower would leak all over the bathroom floor the toilet was super small could barely sit down and use it there was mildew around the edges of the shower the shower head was full of hard water it was terrible they never cleaned our room after we had left a sign to clean it it was a 0/10 experience

The lady at the relation was incredibly helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Location was an absolute blessing. Definitely recommended

Old fashioned lift but it adds to the charm in my personal opinion

The staff is too kind. Location near the main station. The room is nicely decorated. It was a bit noisy, some people next door were making noise. Everything else is good. Recommendations.

Some more facilities.

The bed was comfortable.Our room had an electric kettle.It was clean enough.

It was not soundproof.We had to wait in front of the building for 5 minutes because no one was at the reception and the door of the building was closed.It was a shared building and the hotel was at 5th floor.The elevator was scary.The AC was very old and hard to work with.

The only issue is the broken air conditioner (it was 35° C outside). They use a portable one instead of broken. But this is not the same.

Vicinity to Rome Train Station.

Bugs in room, shower sprayer was broken. Notified staff. Nothing was done. Toilet seat was loose. Chair on balcony was old and material was tattered. Room was so small there was no place for luggage.

Jacuzzi

There were no spoons for tea not enough tea bag options . The bathroom sink was over flooded. Also the staff could have called instead of knocking on the door while checking out. We were almost out . Even if the check in is 11 it may take 5-10 extra minutes to check everything is ok so knocking is really annoying and not good at all.

The room was exceptionally clean and incredibly comfortable, creating a welcoming and relaxing environment from the moment I arrived. Every detail, from the fresh linens to the spotless surfaces, showed great attention to cleanliness and care, making the stay feel truly effortless and enjoyable.

In both rooms, the shower holders were faulty and didn’t function properly. They couldn’t support the shower head in a downward position, causing the water to spray uncontrollably over the shower screen and onto the bathroom floor. This wasn’t just inconvenient — it made showering frustrating and messy. The current holders clearly aren’t fit for purpose and really should be replaced with a more reliable design that keeps the water contained where it should be.

Room was really nice and cozy, staff was helpful during the whole stay, also it is located 5 min from main train station so location is good.

We had a small problem with water, there was lack of hot water at some point but it was fastly fixed, one issue was that there was a strange smell after you enter the room from leaving it empty whole day, toilet seat was also broken ? There is no amenities of any kind.

That it is a building with 2 floors with rooms/ not a hotel. The water supply is scarce, and sometimes finicky.

The bathroom and it was clean

The staff. The check out was at 11:00 and they forced me to leave exactly this time no more 20 min. Even the cleaner of the hotel interfered into this discussion very rudely . Who is she to do that. She uttered “ No mam at 11 exactly!” It was disgusting.

Clean room, attentive staff.

I will not recommend this property because there is some water issue in the property. My tap ran out of water, I was staying with my wife, so I told her to call for help. The staff was attentive and started the water again in a few minutes.

Easy location, the bed was clean and comfortable. Good pillows. Internet was fast and reliable. Room was nice and quiet. The lighting was good.

The smell from the drains in the bathroom was intolerable. There was nothing in the mini bar. The air conditioning did not work., and the room was too hot even with the windows open. The attachment to hand the shower hose was not there so it was difficult to shower. It stated that there was breakfast, but no breakfast was on offer for some reason.

The staff was out of this world, excellent service! Also; they had Netflix on the TV. ?

The toilet was small and the toilet seat was moving when you sit on it (it’s not properly installed). Oh and I personally didn’t mind but the elevator is very small, maximum two people are allowed and there’s no space for luggage really. So if u got luggage you should either take the stairs or do a few trips up and down in the elevator. ??

The location its very good near to city center like fountain trevi and via del corso you don’t need to use taxi

Its everything’s are good at The property but you need to change The TV instead the now to big screen.

The room was very comfortable and tidy. It was nice that it was cleaned every day.

There wasn't always hot water. Sometimes the bath water pressure was weak and the tap was slow to drain.
