Everything was fine, the staff was really nice and humble and the room was neat and clean.

The toilet floor was wet all the time possibly because of water leakage.

Nothing special.

Doors not lockable, restroom dirty, and facilities old and broken.

Location was good and staff was helpful and nice.

Cleanliness issue in bathroom but room was good and clean.

Any, I arrived at 3pm and they provided my bed 3:20. But the check out, was 11am.The bedroom was wet and smelled.The bathroom was wet and dirty

Safe place. Nice worker. unique.

There is no hot water in the shower. No breakfast. But very good personal.

The location is ideal

it was not clean at all, the equipment is very old, with very small rooms for 6 people, we were like chickens in a cage

I thought that the fact that the hostel is open 24/7 is very convenient. As a visitor to the city, it meant that I could be very flexible with how I used my time. I thought that the Staff were friendly. The location is ideal.

One of the advantages is that daily cleaning is carried out and the bed linen is clean, but this absolutely does not save the situation

There were bedbugs in this hostel. It was terrible. And in general, everything was very bad - disgusting WiFi, a broken shower head, just one combined shower and toilet for the whole floor, there are no curtains on the bedAvoid this hostel!

Amazing place. Very friendly hostel. Staff always ready for help. Very close to city center. This place Very good for solo traveler. Amazing friendly atmosphere. 24 hour reception. It's very helpfull for me because late check-in after midnight ? thanks for everything

Nothing I like There.. There people living too much ..in one room 8 to 12 people... And only one washroom on 10 people

The only positive point was the rest room which was big and clean.

Beds,sheets, dormitory, kitchen and everything was so terrible that I think it was only better than not sleeping on the street. And it was too expensive comparing with other hostels in other cities and even countries. I am a solo traveller and have been travelling to many countries

There are very few things I love, maybe I would say its garden.

They transferred us to another place because the facility was closed. The woman working the day shift here was very surly. There was no soap or mirror in the toilets and the common extra shower area was very dirty. The facility is not very close to the center and is not worth the money they are asking. Also, the room door has no lock, anyone can enter the room. There was a cat inside with bad eyesight. I hope its infection is not serious. Also, the shower in the room was in the middle of the room and someone can see you while you are taking a shower. Sensitivity is not given much importance. As I said, I could not stay at Villa Luzzatti because the facility was closed, these comments are for the place they transferred us to. But I am writing so that you do not experience the same things.

Staff were okay.

I booked here for 1 night however with 12 hours of my arrival I was told thed moved me to a different hostel just down the road. This hostel was awful broken floor tiles, no lock for each room only 12 lockers to store proper bags for the entire hostel. Top bunks have no ladders so I had to use a chair to get up and there is one singular toilet / shower in the entire building.

Absolutely nothing

HORRIBLE matters and pillow.A LOT OF NOISES, the reception is in front the dormitories!!!!!And also, when I got the hostel it was closed with a notice with a phone number written for you call, after that they sent you to another place where you would have to walk even further.

Cheap and good location.

We got moved to another hotel in the middle of the night without compensation or explanation, which was much worse.

Location is near to Termini, and staff’s behavior was friendly. Except from that nothing was good.

Extremely dirty and uncomfortable place. They charge not less than other hotels, i.e. charging 30~40 euros per bed that is also the same if we consider a room (multiply by 4 if it’s 4 beds dormitory). They even didn’t bother to put hand soap in the toilet/bathroom, also bathroom was smelly. No towels, no shampoo, nothing at all.They just put 2 bunkers in a small room, bunkers also make noise whenever someone is going up/down.
