Cons -
- Wasnt clear initially there was eggs meat and cheese for breakfast. Poor signage not in a prominent location
- Just the bed, the headboard was a little uncomfortable when sitting up. There is a light switch on the headboard which we kept hitting at night turning the lights. This is very minimal discomfort. But overall love this hotel. It's the second time visiting Rome and Hotel Verona.
- The hotel is less than basic, the facilities look very bad and I would recomend total fresh up

The staff were very very nice and helpful/friendly. The bed was comfortable i had great sleeps. Extremely convienient to Mary Major Basillica, walkable to Termini Station, lovely restsurants nearby. Its a nice area (Monti).
The hotel was a little tired. Things like the shower cubicle flooded the floor if you weren't careful. I would have like an English news channel.
Whole stuff is very friendly and helfull
The hotel really looks poor. For the money we paid; I would expect more.Rooms require a complete makeover
We liked the second room we got after moving due to loud noise from air conditioning motor outside.
The noise in the first room we were given. The room was also not yet renovated like the second room.
Fifteen minutes walk to the station. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to all attractions. Surrounded by lots of restaurants
Didn’t like the lift. Too small for someone who suffers from claustrophobia. Walked up and down the five flights of stairs. No coffee in the room, just tea.
good location, close to all the attractions. So I could walk to all the attractions. everyone at the reception was friendly
The shower cabin is so small and strangely placed that you almost have to step over the toilet.
Good location for us - clean room and functional - optional kettle was a bonus!
Looks a little run down from the outside.Breakfast was not available when we stayed which was a shame.
Close to train station and walking distance to Coloseum
No kettle (hire option), no tea or coffee in the room.
Small balcony for sitting on for breakfast. Staff were very helpful and no request was too strange. Close to train terminal and bus stops.
Elevator stopped between floors so necessitated dragging cases up a flight of stairs.
The location was great.
The elevator only goes up and we were given a room on the 5th floor.

Good location, near Monti area with many fine restaurants and Rome Termini station. Breakfast were OK as well.
Staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful. The hotel is well located, walking distance from Colosseum and other interest points, as well as from Termini, which makes it convenient to reach the airport.
The tv/painting frames were dusty. The old looked outdated (pictures in Booking were better). The shower was also very very small. A bit noisy too from neighbouts.
Excellent location and extremely friendly and helpful reception and staff.
Somewhat basic accommodations in terms of the bedding and linens. Decor was dated, but functional.
The staff was lovely, Friendly and helpful. The room was a little small for 3 adults with little space for the luggage of 3 women but very nice overall. The location was good but a little far from all the places we wanted to visit and explore.
A little too small for 3 adult women. No space to do any computer work. Too far from the places of interest.
Nicely maintained . Very basic amenities. Excellently courteous. Good value for money
Very poor WiFi, no elecric kettle or coffeemaker in the room. Rooms are not easily accessible.
very good location of the hotel, the staff helped with everything, 15 minutes to the center, restaurants and cafes near the hotel
