Hotel Barocco

This hotel was impeccable....the rooms were perfect, the staff was friendly and so helpful...and good food and drink too. The free breakfast was wonderful.

Location, Cleanliness, Quality.

Breakfast was good, Suzanna who brought everything to the table was amazing, just lovely, she made breakfast time. Front desk very helpful. Rooms really clean, small but lovely. location superb.

having to order almost everything at breakfast was a bit of a bind. The breakfast host just shouted all the time but was very efficient as we discovered on his day off!. the area for breakfast is converted from the bar area, but it was ok really, still nice. Could have done with hot drinks in the room too. minor points.

Loved everything about this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and friendly throughout the whole stay, the location was amazing and the room size was also just what we needed. (We had a suite)

Can't say that we didn't like it, but the shower was positioned in a strange place so kept falling off as you opened and closed the shower screen but nothing we couldn't work around.

From moment of arrival to departure the staff were attentive , professional and we felt had gone the extra mile to make our stay extremely wonderful. With anticipation informed I was vegan, as have struggled previously. I need not of worried . I was extremely well catered for and the food was amazing . We also received a beautiful box of chocolates and hand written card from the staff for our wedding anniversary . Beautiful experience , would recommend and look forward to returning in the future .

It was presented beautifully service was impeccable. Very nice selection.

The room was very small no place drawers or closet to put clothes. My bed was not comfortable pillows, very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was very nice, amiable and professional.

Excellent. Breakfast was very fresh. Great variety type bar was excellent. Great staff and drinks. Comfortable and quiet setting.

Room size.

Amazing stuff at the front desk, we stayed at the building next to the hotel. It was a privet building and had a whole floor for the hotel.The breakfast is amazing and the service even betterWe had some problems with the electricity but they fixed it in less than an hour which was amazing We expect to come back again next time!☺️

Staff were friendly and helpful. We lived in Italy and are used to Italian breakfasts. The Barocco breakfast was much more ample than is typically the case. High quality and served efficiently.

Room was a little warm for me. Otherwise, it was an excellent place to stay. It was close to the historic district without being right down in all the chaos. Was also reasonably close to the Borghese gardens which we always enjoy.

Excellent location, very close to Barberini metro, which made getting around the city easy. The breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even better. Highly recommended!!!

Very clean, comfortable beds, good size showers and bathtubs, very nice people

Location and staff. Being next to the metro and with beautiful sights within walking distance made our stay so much easier. The staff were very kind snd helpful.

The rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly and efficient. The location is perfect for visiting the centre of Rome. The breakfast is nice, with a wide selection of food and all kinds of coffee and juice.

The mattresses and pillows. They are made of memory foam, which can be a little hard to the feel. Although the staff is very friendly, the guy in charge of breakfast is too eager to do everything quickly that he can actually make the experience stressful for guests and the rest of the staff. I don't mean bad, he is a nice guy and helpful every morning, but just a little calmer wouldn't hurt in the a.m. There are many companies doing hotel amenities (shampoos, shower gels etc.) I would have chosen a different one.
