All Time Relais & Sport Hotel

The location of the hotel is visually unappealing. The staff is cold and rude. It took us almost a week to get back our laundry that was supposed to take 48 hours. They made us pay 110 euro and the clothes smelled as if they had been allowed to mildew.

It really was an average hotel. Nothing exciting.

The pool closed at 8pm and we had planned an evening of swimming and relaxing with the kids after a long drive. There was no mention of the fact that everything closed so early and the pool was the only reason we chose this hotel. Never got to enjoy it.

great service at breakfast and clever cleaning ladies

There is a nice sport facility nearby although it is not part of the property. The restaurant there is really good and there is a nice pool space.

Although near the airpot, location is far from nice.

Not recommended ? bad customer service and hotel facilities

The staff isn’t so nice and they don’t care much about the customers. In general, the customer service is very bad and the staff unpolite ☹️. The spa is outside the hotel , and is very small ?. There is no private parking , just a garage but you will have to pay for it. No facilities nearby and bad location. Not reccomended.

That it was close to the train station

Staff were unhelpful probably because of the language barrier but still.Room was covered in insects we're covered in bites head to toe.Aircon can only be activated from reception and it doesn't even work then.Shower was awful the head was broke and sprayed in multiple directions apart from on your body.They charge you some weird city tax on the way out without it ever being mentioned previously, 7.50 a night per head.Would not recommend or ever return.

Very good Breakfast. Free non-alcoholic drinks in Minibar. Busstop directly in Front of hotel.

Breakfast was excellent.

My room was a bit warm and I could not adjust the temperature as low as I would like. I also could not find my way to the gym, but it may have been too late in the evening.

Good hotel , quite place, close to the airport

Free bar, toiletries

Very small, simple room. very dark bathroom, almost impossible to shave or put make up. There was no proper shower but a hand hold one, spraying everywhere but not on head. There are 5 steps to reach the room 613, so if you have problems with stairs this is not your place. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere in front of abandoned buildings. The good things are the free water and analcoholic drinks in the fridge, the complimentary toiletries and the receptionists.

Spa was really all-round and the breakfast was great as well for the location. Dinner in the restaurant next door was great with choices. staff were very helpful and the gents were even fantastic. The free minibar drinks each day was great and also meant you returned to your room with refreshment s available to you; though snacks were mentioned these were not available in the room but was not bother at all for me.The location is very quiet but seems a bit isolated as well (this depends on what you are travelling for; for us it was okay as I just wanted to rest). Transportation to central Rome was great with several buses connecting you to the Metro line B.

The additional taxes which are excluded and have to be paid afterwards was not very clear and good and may be better to be shown with the price so one knows how much they are actually paying for the stay/ accommodation.Also, additional charges to use the Spa was a bit high per person/ per day.

Friendly and accommodative Staff. Reasonable breakfast.

The spa was closed during our visit so I can't rate it. The swimming pools are not at the premises, they are located in the neighbouring building.

Rude staff, not recommended

Had the worst stay, the personnel was rude and the facilities are not at the hotel (pool, sauna, spa etc). Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It says 4 stars, but it’s more like a 2 star hotel.

The fact that the room was very clean, the AC from the room which was so usefull and also the restaurant’s staff (but only them !!)

- the fact that the SPA services were not available and also one of the pools where “not available”- the fact that on the minibar list where mentioned also snacks, but they where not included (i have to mention here that the minibar was free!)- the reception’s staff where unprofessional and unfriendly (except one of them: a brunette lady which really was the exception) . Always when you wanted to ask them something… they looked like you bother them and gave short and not satisfying answers- the breakfast was the same every day, and you eould expect to be different at list 2 or 3 times per week

Disappointing

The photos give the impression that this is a sports hotel with plenty of facilities (that you’d hope would be included when staying at the hotel) however it is not. It is a sports centre that is NEXT to the hotel that you have ‘access’ to but you have to pay.

Pleasant hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Decent value for money.

It was a bit far from downtown and from the subway (I had a bicycle, so it was fine). The room needs a bit of a face-lift.

The room was clean.

The room was very small. The rooms were all tightly packed next to one another and it was extremely noisy. We were woken up every night by other people entering or closing their doors. People getting in late at night and people getting up early in the morning. We slept really poorly. The breakfast was shocking. This was supposed to be included in the price however, there was never any breakfast left. Unless you were one of the first people there, the hot food and pastries were all gone. Big groups/teams of sportsmen/women hoovered up all the food and we were left with the bits that no one else wanted. The staff were not welcoming or friendly. It was like they didn't want to speak to you or wanted you to not ask them questions. I am not the type of person to write a review however I was really unhappy about the stay.
