Big room space and the very convenient location.

The hot water is not very hot in my last night.

Great location

No Air conditioning provided. Upon request I got a fan but the room was hot. Opening window was not helpful because of mosquitoes Hope the AC was available

The hotel location is excellent. Near train station and many sights.

Staff was rude, I was informed after receiving a key to room that the AC was broken, when first arrived at room it smelled like sewage, the walls are paper thin and hotel noisy throughout the night but no desk staff on call 24/7, uncomfortable bed

A/C didn¿t work. Ice machine was broke. I was under the impression the WiFi and Breakfast was included it was not. Told us checkout was at 11 am, but reservation said 12 pm.

issues with plugs and electrical outlets. Was not resolved. Beds were not particularly comfortable - mattresses were cheap. I would still recommend because the location is great. I'd try to find another hotel in the area

The hotel was very outdated.They won¿t turn on air conditioner until June.They put us on the street side so very noisy. The hair dryer was from the 1950¿s.

The hotel claims to be 4 stars, but room 107 was no 4 stars, maybe 2 at most. That makes a difference for the hotel tax for clients (6 vs 3¿ per night). The breakfast staff and the food varied and very plentiful. Wifi was slow than slow.

One of the evening/night front desk man told me that my phone and iPads were the cause for the super slow wifi! Compared to other places we stayed this was the most comfortable with heating actually on all day and night!

the washroom is too old and out of fashion! Of all the hotels/BnBs we stayed in our trip, this one is the most spacious but also oldest with narrow and rusty bathtub (who would want to use a bathtub on the trip anyway?), making shower uncomfortable.

There was no internet as promised. The pictures are of a different hotel. It was awful and then we had to move.

Dirty Room, old carpet, with stains all over, I didn't want to remove my sandals or shoes cause it was disgusting. The bathroom shower tub was so greasy and dark same as the plastic courting. I got fungus in my foot. The toilet was dark inside. Don't GO.

The room was sound proof and we were able to check in early.

The room had all older outlets so we had to buy a charging base. The toilet eventually stopped filling with water and wouldn't flush.

Very quiet, central, clean

Smelled like old smoke, should not be listed as four stars, AC did not work, though the hotel will say it does.

Hero was location of the hotel. The female staff member at the front desk in the afternoons and evenings was excellent in delivering information of dining nearby, opening a bottle of wine for us and getting maintenance when room ceiling leaking

Leaking ceiling in room. Room felt dated and not what was expected. Felt like a motel.

Hotel decoration and room comfort were much better than expected! lovely, every little detail. Spacious room for 3 people, nice bathroom, modern, it seems that has been remodeled not too long ago. Location was fantastic to walk to attractions.

The bathroom sink was clogged so we had to wait until water was down to go back. Looks like the hotel had breakfast, which we were not offered. Not even at check-in as an option... weird they didn't want to upsell breakfast to us!

Location, the hotel is very close to Roma termini, which is the main platform to travel the country by train.

The actual room itself was extremely old, with old AC unit that seemed to never cool the room, and mildew on the shower curtains. Overall, the entire hotel needs a major renovation and improvement. The staff were kind, I¿d say this is really 2.5-3 star.

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was very nice. Good location.

The beds were too firm. We had 3 rooms and 2 were not ready when we tried to check in.

There was no A/C - there is one, but the hotel will not turn it on until June, although the weather was 28 degrees celsius during my stay.

the day staff were very nice and professional. the room was large and roomy, location was good for transportation terminal access

the room /bathroom could have been cleaner. a used towel was left hanging on the hall coat rack, there was dark discolored tub caulking in the shower.
