Fairly big room for European standards. Nice to have breakfast included.

Good welcoming us. Paid for the hotel 2ice. Not satisfied. Air condition wasn't working, was hot, they came and turned off completely. Telling us we are here for you 24/7 if I need them. Upset couldn't sleep. Bad bad experience.

Room was clean and comfortable was a good deal for the price paid. liked the balcony too

the shower curtain was strung on some wires and kept clinging to the body when taking a shower it was annoying also they did not provide individual soap, shampoo, lotion but just had a liquid soap dispenser we did get the shampoo after asking.

Hotel receptionist was very rude and room was not ready on time. I was denies the free breakfast because I hadnt checked into my room even tho it was fully paid. And the distance from the historic center was almost 30mins.very sad and left.

It was within walking distance to the metro to get to city center

It would have been nice to have tea cup im the room , so that we could make ourselves some tea/ coffee seen that we spent more than one night, and only got two paper cups .

The location was great, plenty of food places and shops around. 15 min walk to nearest metro station. The staff were all so lovely, very accommodating, they arranged my transfer back to the airport and even provided me a to go breakfast bag. My little getaway was everything and more, thanks for making my stay so easy.

The lighting in the room was a little dull.

The staff was very friendly, especially the guy to the reception, Daniele,he made me to feel very welcome and anything I was needed he was there to help me.They were cleaning the room every single day and the location was perfect.I highly recommend the hotel.

The room was clean and good, breakfast also had quite a wide selection. There were good pillows!

The room was not in the main building, the door was very thin and poorly made, you could hear a lot of street noise. The air conditioner did not work, it was very cold in the evenings. The breakfast selection was not always tasty and the fruit had already started to spoil.

I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here.Staff are very rude.They do not know how to deal with foreigners.

They don't speak to you properly. Very intimidating. Not at all accommodating. It is not value for money at all.I

The hotel has very nice rooms, everything looked good, even balconies. The breakfast was good and there were options to choose from. They cleaned every day and the staff was very nice. The hotel exceeded all my expectations, I would gladly go back again.

I didn't see any downsides, but the location, although not bad, is a 15-minute walk to the metro. There are grocery stores and a market nearby, so everything is accessible. And in any case, it's not a big problem.

The location is a little bit far from the center

The staff specially the filipina women inside the kitchen. We are asked many times if we booked and paid the breakfast wherein the receptionist already confirmed about it. She is really loud talking to her colleagues i think they are fighting in front of the customer which is not really a good image for the property.

Excellent value and idealy situated for all amenities. Very friendly staff and very happy to help. Would I stay there again. Definitely yes.

A bit of a walk to the metro and buses and on a very busy road. But seriously, not a major problem.

Location was perfect accessible to transpotations... just few mins walk to Mc Donalds, and the mini market and Mall and that if you enjoy walking.

Very bad soundproofing. Very noisy! Cleaning staff was trying to clean a corridor with vacuum cleaner at 7 am in the morning!!!!! It was terrible.

Very friendly hosts at reception.Breakfast with good options of salty and sweet products, natural yoghurt and fresh croissants were my favourites. Good selection of fresh fruits and salads.

Very nice staff, good area

The fact that there was a room under renovation just above our room and the reception failed to inform us about it. We woke the next day around 7.30 with drilling machines & hammers noise, like it was next to us. If we would have known before, we would have plan our day on a different way.

It's a bit expensive, and if possible the city tax is included in the price.
