- The rooms were nice, spacious, clean, and big bathrooms. I loved this hotel! Specially the nice staff! It is in a nice quiet area! The hotel is close to tram, and a couple bus routes.
- This hotel is clean and neat, the staff is very polite and helping,, the hotel is walking distance to Zoo and Galleria Borghese, breakfast was very good, it was not included but for 3 euros/person per day you have a complete boufet breakfast, dinner good.
- The cleaning staff and waitstaff durong breakfast were the only consistently curteous employees.
Cons -
- Bed / or the mattrass was broken , staff changed the mattress changed, but this not help¿ No air condition in the room, not worked heating radiator in the bath. Very dark room without window, just small door to small terrace.
- Nothing. I loved the hotel! We plan on returning to this hotel next time we are in Rome.
