great location.. we were able to walk from train station with our luggage, then go on our own walking tour.

we had to open the window to air out musty smell in room.

The location is very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be willing to come back here again.

I would like to have my own iron in the room.

Hotel is quite tired and our room was small for a twin. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work and, even though it was February, it was quite stuffy at night.

Close to all the major attractions and the metro. Lovely staff. Great breakfast.

Breakfast was good, tea and coffee with a pastry available throughout the day.

The staff at Hotel Raffaello are over the moon wonderful. I have met nice hotel staff at other hotels, but the crew here is amazing. It starts with hotel manager Barbara. She has assembled a very kind and genuine group a employees. Salman and Bacar at the front desk are so warm and welcoming. Flavia in the breakfast room is sweet and kind. The rooms are fine, but what shines here are the people.

If must say, my room did not have a bidet. My Raffaelllo room earlier in the month of January did, as did my accommodations in Florence and Uscio. I guess they are standard in much of Italy. And that is briiliant.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance to all the attractions.

On arrival at the hotel, I was greeted warmly by a nice young gentleman at the front desk. He answered all my questions about services, such as breakfast and getting to the airport. The room was small, but very clean, and was really all that I needed for my short stay. Breakfast had a lot of different options and was a good way to start off the day. The location of the hotel was very convenient, and I was able to walk to most of the sights. There is also a metro station nearby if you need to travel farther afield.

I was disappointed that access to the wine bar was closed for the season. Hopefully, during my next visit, I will be there in time to enjoy it.

Perfect location, right in the center (Monti), 10min walk from Termini. In a quiet street. Room was quite large (compared to standard in Rome), Very clean and recently refurbished. The bed was very comfortable. We came in December and overall was an excellent vue for money

Not much... it was very good ! We really enjoyed our stay

The location for a one night stay was perfect! The staff helpful in arranging transportation to the airport & a lovely breakfast … and such comfortable beds, wish we could have stayed longer, but will the next time.

Nothing not to like

The proximity to nearby tourist location and great food places. It’s also within 10 min. walk to the Roma termini. If I were to book a stay again, I will choose this hotel only IF….

….They start removing the vulgar way of asking for a tip (mask as “service charge”) at the end of the stay. Where in he even told us that we already paid the service charge as part of the booking.lol I hope the hotel will find way of asking for it discretely if they are desperate for a tip like leaving an envelope in every room perhaps? The staff even mentioned the set amount of £12 euros tip on top of the city tax that we have to pay. I just find it a bit off as it’s not part of the European culture. I guess they have a lot of US guests that’s why they start picking it up.

We loved the location. Great restaurants and groceries and epic monuments nearby.The room was nice and a decent price compared to other properties nearby, but still pricey. Breakfast was great.

The listing said there was a terrace. And it seemed like it was in the room, but it wasn't and the rooftop terrace was closed because of the time of year. I really wanted a terrace. Mandatory staff tipping seemed a little like they were underpaying their staff too. Would've been nice to have a microwave and not have the fridge full of honor bar stuff.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was excellent. The breakfast was good value. Close to railway station and tram and easy to get around. Very good value for money.

The roof bar was closed because dates of travel out of high season. However it would have been nice to sit up there in the afternoon sun to thaw out even if the bar was closed.
