We liked the location of the Hotel. It is a very beautiful hotel. The staff is very attentive and the rooms are very nice. We loved one of the concierge (a gentleman with a bald head). He was exceptionally helpful and very nice.

The buffet breakfast was extremely overpriced. It is a very nice breakfast, however the cost is not worth the convenience. There are other small restaurants around the Hotel that you can grab a coffee and pastries.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very convenient for exploring the city, with many attractions within walking distance. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable.A special thank you to Veronica and Silvia at the reception — they were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Their attitude truly made us feel welcome and taken care of.The service throughout the hotel was of a high standard, attentive and efficient. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options, a great way to start the day.Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We really liked the location. We stayed here in 2019. It’s been remodeled and looks great. The Trevi Fountain and Panteon are within walking distance.

On our first morning, we took the back elevator to the breakfast restaurant. When returning to our floor( 6) there is a small step marked with warning tape, which I didn’t see and fell hard on my knees. Should be a ramp or closed off.

The hotel kindly allowed me to check in early and even upgraded my room to a very spacious suite. The staff were exceptionally polite, attentive, and welcoming — their professionalism made my stay very pleasant. The location is also ideal: it’s not in the crowded city center, yet only about a 7-minute walk away, which makes it both peaceful and convenient.

The cleanliness level was below expectations, as I noticed the presence of some insects in the room. In addition, room service was quite slow; I requested ice and was told it would arrive in thirty minutes, but even the next day it never showed up. I’m personally not very interested in amenities such as the gym or spa, but when I passed by them, I found they were below the expected standard for a five-star hotel. Overall, I would rate the hotel as a solid four-star rather than five.

We can hear cleaners in the morning, quite noisy maybe due to thin doors. Quite expensive

Amazing location. 10 min walk to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Lots of shopping cafe and other places right next to hotel.

Room was small and frankly the layout was weird so it felt cramped. There was as desk behind the bed. The walls were painted purple and it had a strange vibe. Hotel location is amazing and facilities are nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent but the room was a dealbreaker and won’t stay next time

Staff were excellent… so polite and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

Only one issue… bed was not made up properly one day with undersheet still wrinkled from night before.
