Pros +
- The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and our room was newly decorated and very clean. The location was superb! We will definitely stay here again if we¿re ever in Rome.
- The location was great, and the breakfast was nice.
- Location was perfect!
Cons -
- -The toilet didn't work. -The safe didn't work. -The elevator shook and was very hot. -The staff seemed overwhelmed.
- Poor ac and poor toilet
- For a four-star hotel priced at around €300 per night, this stay was unfortunately disappointing. We chose this hotel mainly for its location and its relatively high Wi-Fi rating, as stable internet access was important for us to work during our stay. However, the Wi-Fi turned out to be completely unusable. This issue was not communicated in advance, which made it difficult for us to plan alternatives. In addition, the mobile signal inside the hotel was very weak, so using a hotspot was not a viable option. Although we tried to raise this issue with the hotel, it was not resolved, and no alternative solution or compensation was offered. There were also a few other aspects that affected the overall experience, such as unstable shower temperature with low water pressure, a non-smart TV (no Netflix, YouTube, or screen casting), and insufficient bathroom ventilation. I understand that the hotel is located in an old building in the city center, but overall the experience did not meet expectations for a four-star hotel at this price level. On the last day, we had a transfer booked for 6:50 a.m. to the airport, but by 7:09 a.m. the car still had not arrived. I eventually had to arrange a taxi myself, and we were very close to missing our flight. The front desk response focused primarily on liability rather than helping to find an immediate solution, which added unnecessary stress to an already time-critical situation.I rarely leave negative reviews, as I have stayed in many hotels across Europe without issues. Rome is a wonderful city, but unfortunately this accommodation negatively affected our stay.

Good Location. The staff are very friendly but not particularly helpful.

Location
No Wi-Fi, no safe box (actually there was one but was broken) fridge with noise all night!
Location was excellent and very central to the activities we planned for our stay in Rome. Pretty well all main attractions everything was within walking distance. Good restaurants around the area as well. The room was a good size though we did request a suite so that was expected.
On a busy street so very noisy. Did not help that there was road work being done which seemed to "stall" police and ambulances in traffic which made the sirens last much longer. Police station a block a way probably doesn't help the situation. In addition a couple of nights there was a lot of loud talking and music. Believe this was coming from the restaurant next door. We were on the 3rd floor and the noise just seemed to travel upwards and lasted quite late (2am).
Location
The balcony window didn’t work and the manager said he’d fix it. The balcony had a hot tub I paid extra for and never got to use it because they never fixed it. They keep telling me To email the manager and the email never worked.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Super comfy beds high quality sheets and towels. Delicious breakfast buffet
Warm welcome by the receptionist, comfortable room, lovely breakfast, great location with Trevi fountain within walking distance. Receptionist was also helpful during check out, suggesting us to leave early due to national strike
Convenient location with bus stop nearby. Very walkable to most attractions, shops and good restaurants.David was exceptionally kind and helpful. Always smiled, enjoyed talking with guests and helping them with whatever was needed. He should be recognized!Really nice breakfast room staff, great breakfast choices. Comfortable room, bed was very nice, and overall a great stay.
We had a problem with the shower pan overflowing after two minutes of running water. Staff tried to fix it snd offered us another room but we decided to stay out and figured out how to prevent this from happening.
I loved the location of the property, the staff was excellent and the room size.
I felt the hotel charged me alot of money and the room had issues. The AC in the room made noise everytime as if it was going on and off, the sink on the bathroom had a huge crack and the pillows on the bed were flat as if they were stuffed with sheets, not fluffy pillows at all. I felt the room could've been $200 a night, not over $300 a night.
The position, good breakfast
No guest lobby, some chairs, had to wait in the street 4 hours before the check in, overall acceptable
Location
One of the rooms was without air condition , and when we told them they just get us a portable fan and the weather was so hot and we didnt pay little to get this service
Perfect location for historical sites. Great breakfast!
The air conditioning was insufficient in the room and the common areas.
We come back every year and it never misses. This time they gave us the biggest room yet — finally enough space for two girls and all our chaos. The location is so central, we walked everywhere without even trying. Staff were super kind and genuinely helpful! felt really well taken care of. It’s always a win.
Honestly no complaints. Maybe that we had to leave?
Great location. Room were clean and nice.
Our granddaughter did not like the glass panel in the shower facing the living area. We were supposed to have a bunk bed for kids (we thought) but had a queen bed instead.
Amazing location, fantastic service, delicious breakfast each morning and more. Loved it so much we are staying another night to explore more of the city from this great hotel choice.
Hidden hotel in a great location. Nice breakfast. Some nice outside sitting areas.
