Friendly staff, they were ready to assist with any questions. The hotel was close to everything. The air conditioner worked. Room was nice and cool. Everything was nice and clean.

Hotel staff was very helpful and room was clean and comfortable

was not aware of the many steps to front desk with bags, very difficult for seniors I would say.

    Great location, comfortable room

The shower was the most slippery shower I have encountered in my entire life. The 2 40+ guest were terrified every time we took a shower that we would fall and break something. The 18 year old did fall and was bleeding from elbow and leg. Not for the faint of heart.

Excellent breakfast, great room, superior customer service.

Very central and very convenient! Walking distance to all main points of interest. Lively but quiet street. Very quiet room! Small but clean and nicely working bathroom, with very efficient shower.

Stairs to the reception and very tiny elevator from reception on.

Easy to find, clean, friendly staff. Close to tourist places .

The location was perfect for our time there and what our group wanted to do. Ed had 4 rooms all traveling together . There was not enough docket to plug our charger.

The bathroom needs some renovation. Smells moldy and the steps up is meh .

The hotel has a long stairway to the lobby floor but the staff is very helpful with the luggage. The room was small but comfortable. Very clean and the bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The breakfast was good with pastries, hams, fruits, cereals, juices and a coffee bar. Very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist (they can schedule taxis, help with buying tickets to the attractions). The Opera House is across the street and there are many restaurants in the area. Great location. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Termini train station. It is very close to all of the main Rome sites and to restaurants. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very modern and clean. Breakfast was not included in our room rate and cost us eight euros per person per day. The breakfast was well worth the price and included many hot and cold items, juices, yogurt, baked goods, freshly baked croissants, and exceptional coffee. The staff was amazing and very helpful! The room and bathroom are on the small side. That said, I would recommend this hotel.

    No complaints.

The location was very good because of its proximity to the railway station. Breakfast was very good and good value for money. The room was adequate

A quite a few steps to climb to reach reception. From there another 5 steps to reach the elevator.

    9CowanPosted on: 10-24-2025

Great location to restaurants and public transportation

Charged each of us the tax. No elevator to enter checkin desk, had to walk upstairs

    4PaulPosted on: 10-20-2025

    The location

To get up into the hotel itself you needed to climb at least 15 steps. With large suitcases and no elevator, this was not good. The room we were given was a matchbox with a hard mattress. Our room was next to the elevator so it was quite noisy a lot during the night. Thankfully, we were only there for 4 nights. There were some staff members who were ok and smiled but most just looked at you.

Very clean. Okay location. One of the desk workers was one of the friendliest we met in Rome. Close to train and buses.

Need to go upstairs to get to elevator- that was unexpected. Was unaware of travel tax, I might have missed that somewhere?

Different area than we have stayed in before, but still close to transportation and necessities. The bedding looked a little dated, but realized it is just the style (fabriced walls, etc). Comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom facilities.

Lots of steps up to main lobby. Ok for me, but more difficult for some traveling companions.

    3NeumannPosted on: 10-15-2025

We have stayed here often, enjoying the location close to Termini.

The bad odor in the room was unacceptable, even after leaving the window open for extended time. It wasn’t until I climbed into bed I realized the problem were the sheets and bed cover!! I will not be returning….
