Breakfast is not so good, it is basically sweet. Few croissants, coffee capsules and chocolate cream. We had to pay additional for bathroom in our room which is bizarre…

I loved the location and the buildings charm and the privacy. We were able to comfortably cook and allowed us to eat in when we wanted. The room and living areas were very homey. The location was ideal and close to the public transportation. Additionally there were many restaurants and small stores near by for convenience! We would for sure stay there again. Thanks?

Friends staff and good location near Roma Termini

My room had bedbugs which left me with bites all over my arms and legs. I’d say it’s a fine hotel if it weren’t for that but your mileage may vary depending on what room you get

The worst hotel i've ever...

the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. the springs in the mattress were getting in my back. We had paid for a room with a private bathroom but they gave us a room without a bathroom and asked us to pay €230 more for another room with a bathroom in the room. Mold everywhere. Very ugly and old walls. The door to the room was 2 cm above the floor and you could hear every movement. I didn't get any rest at night because there was noise in the hallway. The worst experience. I don't recommend. Run from this hotel guys

The way the Hotel serves breakfast is not very practical. shower room with some mould. little bit love needed.

So very EXPENSIVE, SO SO DIRTY, So small room !!!

The room was clean and comfortable. No microwave or toaster were available which we found awkward as we constantly had cold snacks. Not even a mini fridge in the room to leave a carton of milk or a small tub of yoghurt. The staff and concierge were accomodating and helpful. The bathroom showers could do with an upgrade. The cleaning of surfaces was the barest minimum needed. No attention to detail.

Everything was great. It's close to Rome's Termini station. hay una parada de buss cerca, una cajero automatico cerca . The owner is very friendly and cheerful. The staff is just as friendly.

The breakfast was inedible, with old croissants without an expiration date, crackers, and jam in a basket in the room for two days, and nothing after two days. The stay was 4 days. Coffee for the day, a few capsules, and then we had to buy more. We were in December, and the room was cold at night. I generally don't recommend the breakfast option; it's better to eat out.

The only good thing was the location.

The stuff was the worst, plus I guess I saw the owner, who was the worst person! I booked private room, however few hours before I checked in, I came to know the washroom is going to be shared with everyone in the hotel lol. Furthermore, I was forced to pay “City Taxes” which was something I had to pay with cash, and it was not mentioned anywhere. Anyways, the worst part is that the owner/stuff was not the best people I saw in the hotel.

Excellent value for money great staff, clean modern facilities, good location to centre and lots of shops restaraunts etc right next door, xmas markets right outside in december. Would stay again 100%.

Not a major issue at all but milk in the room for tea or a working fridge and a main bin would have been a bonus. walls are thin so can hear neighbouring rooms but again excellent for the price.

On the positive side, the hotel is very close to the Televir train stop. The two young staff members at the reception were friendly, and the cleaning man (housekeeper) was polite. Cleanliness and service were good .

Our stay at Felice Hotel did not match the photos online. The room itself was fine in size, but it lacked essential amenities such as a fridge and a wardrobe, which made it uncomfortable—especially since there was no fridge to store food and nowhere to keep clothes. The bathroom was outside the room, but I was aware of this before booking. Additionally, the reception closes at 7 PM, so there is no 24-hour service; having these basic facilities would significantly improve the hotel’s rating. On the positive side, the hotel is very close to the Televir train stop, which is convenient. Cleanliness and service were good ,I would advise caution before booking to avoid a similar disappointment

The only thing what was missing is the breakfast, they want to sell it as "Italian breakfast" but it's a hotel where the guests are going to be around the world... Breakfast is a cake and some fruits, some croissants left in your roomIt's not a complaint, you could get it better

I have found insects in the bathroom and kitchen, the room is totally different from that shown in picture, and no answer when I asked for invoice.
