You would have to add the front desk to lower the temperature in YOUR room, and then they would only lower it once and only by 1 degree. They would refuse your request.

The location was perfect for me.. The breakfast was exceptional. All of the staff were as helpful as possible.

They do not have a shuttle from the airport although it is listed that they do. If you take the train into town, You will be very close to the hotel.

Location is great. Quaint area of the city.

The room looked like it had not been painted in 10 years. I received a call at 8:45am on a Sunday morning for me to return the iron and ironing board that I had requested the day I arrived. I had already returned it the previous day.

Old hotel. They do not wash floors in the rooms. Buffett eggs extremely runny and tasted like fish.

I didn’t like1 the mini bar in room is chargeable but there is no price or anything saying that it’s not free 2 the bed feels worn out and it ended up hurting my back 3 the wood elevator door has to be slammed to shut so when other guests are using it in the night it is very loud and wakes me up and I’m not a light sleeper4 breakfast was very disappointing 5 upon check out I asked the best way to get to fco airport and the reception staff were not helpful I feel my opinion is valid as I stayed in another hotel for 5 night prior so it was a good comparison of the two

Perfect location few steps away from the Termini. The room we stayed was professionally cleaned, bathroom/toilet has so much space and sparkling clean too. The bed was very comfortable. The Reception, the bar upstairs and at the lobby staff they were all amazing.

One thing I didn’t like was the breakfast experience. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30, but the restaurant staff were rushing everyone to finish, constantly checking the time, and they closed the doors exactly at 10:30. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere.”

The room was beautifully set with a comfortable bed. We were able to walk to cafes and restaurants from the hotel with ease. The restaurant at the hotel was incredible. The best tiramisu we have ever tasted! The staff were very helpful and recommended places to go and how to get there.

There was quite a bit of dust and dirt on the floor from (I'm assuming) renovations.

Excellent location for anyone that wants to be close to main sights of Rome but also to the Termini station. The room was recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful.
