there was confusion about the price, although was told I am all set, I was being asked to pay extra money twice. Also the room is NOT flat, all of us were tripped multiple times, dangerous! wonder if someone was hurt, the hotel could be sued.

Great location, staff and breakfast. Our room was newly renovated and spacious. The experience at this hotel was perfect for me and my family of 5.

It was difficult to find the gym

The room however was not well cleaned and the bed was rock hard. If possible request a room that is not on street level, otherwise it gets very loud.

The location was perfect for exploring Rome. Also, the staff were knowledgeable, smart, and spoke great English! They even helped arrange a last minute airport transfer for 5:00 AM.

Huge room and bathroom! Great location, only 5-10 mins from famous restaurants and places. Near taxi stand. The staff are excellent! Quiet at night and the most important thing--- air-conditioning works well!

The hotel is located in a few hundred meters from some of the old city attractions like Piazza Navona, Campo Di Fiori and The castle and still away from the masses of tourists. Perfect location if you want a quiet place and still close to everything. Although it is a tiny hotel, the room is spacious and breakfast is surprisingly rich and tasty. The staff are super friendly and helped is few times and guidance and special requests.

Breakfast was typical. The Lady working the room was very nice. I would recommend adding some wall hooks in the bathroom so that you can hang up clothes or towels.

Room was a bit underwhelming for that price. I recognize that its high season but for not much more you get way more room and facilities. Wasn't impressed I had to pay the "city tax" twice. Once with Booking.com and then hotel staff chasing me out in the street after morning check out. Not cool.

fantastic location in the heart of Rome, but far enough away from busy streets; walking distance to the Vatican, the Pantheon and Travestere. Room and bathroom was big enough for a family of 4; delicious breakfast; the staff is very friendly, proactive and helpful.

Staff was very nice especially Roger at the reception who was amazing and made our stay fantastatic and owing to him we will come to rinacsemento hotel every time we come to Rome.

The best word for this hotel is cosy in the heart of Rome, close to everything.It was a small clean and seemed recently renovated hotel. Room was comfortable and staff were helpful.

Our room had a window to the utility space about 1m x 1m large and hardly any light come through the room during the day. Even at 11 am it was like 5 am.In the email we received from the hotel it was mentioned that we can add the breakfast to our booking with the rate of €10 per person but when checking out they change it to €15 and said the rate has been changed.

We were given a very large apartment style room that had been recently completely renovated. It was comfortable and nicely done. Special care for beautiful ceilings.

The apartment shares a couple of windows directly into a cafe/kitchen on the other side and all the talking and kitchen noises came right in as if they were standing in the room. Beginning at 5am. If the window is improved and could actually lock, and some sound deadening materials added, this would easily be an outstanding rating. The street noise was a bit loud also. We stayed 5 nights and will consider again next year if they can improve this issue.

Location was fantastic! Walking distance to almost all things. Breakfast was excellent.

Room was too warm, no easy way to reduce temperature except leave the windows open.
