There was a continental breakfast included. And plenty of parking at the hotel. The rooms were a little dated but clean and very pleasant. The food in the restaurant in the evening was lush and reasonably priced

Great breakfast, lovely restaurant with super nice food. Pool area and the garden is great and also the staff is very nice and helpful.
The first room we got was not clean on the floor and can’t have been cleaned for weeks, due to the amount of dirt on the floor. No problem though in helping us to get another room. The hotel generally is quite worn down and would need a bit of renovation.
We stayed here for one night before flying out of FCO. The location is large. The pool is excellent. They have a small work out room as well. The food in the restaurant was good. It was a quick drive to FCO the next morning.
The rooms are quite dated. One sliding door didn't completely close/lock well on the balcony. There was a professional calcio team training at the facility so the service was maybe a bit slower as a result of feeding so many players/staff.
The bits I didn’t use like the swimming pool and the soccer field looked amazing.

Very good buffet breakfast. Pleasant swimming pool, with lifeguard on duty. Parking is adequate when there is no event taking place. Main gate closes at midnight, but there is a night concierge. About a five minute walk to the Pontina road if taking a bus into Rome centre.
Some facility should be provided for overflow parking if there is an event taking place at the hotel. There appears to be a grassy area that could be used temporarily, at least in dry weather or if reinforced with a "beehive" type plastic matting.

Total lack of atmosphere with a very cold group of staff which was obvious came directly from the senior management's own attitude. Location wise it is imperative to have a car or be prepared to spend upwards of €70 a day to get out and about as there is nothing but the pool on site during the day and nothing in walking distance of any interest
Wide rooms and wide bathroom
Old hotel, bed is okey but noisy, if you have no car center will be so far, employees especially in restaurants can’t smile and doesn’t know to say hi.Breaksfast insufficient might be various.Receptionists are smiley and helpful.

THE HOTEL IS SATISFIED WITH ITS LOCATION AS WELL AS WITH OTHER CONDITIONS. THE RESTAURANT LEFT MUCH TO BE DESIRED. AND THE DISHES IN IT WERE COOKED AND SERVED WITH POOR QUALITY. I DIDN'T LIKE THE STAFF, BOTH IN THEIR COMMUNICATION AND THEIR BEHAVIOR, THE WAITER OF THE RESTAURANT WHO TOOK THE ORDER AND THE LADY WHO WAS AT THE RECEPTION IN THE EVENING SHIFT. THEY HAVE INCORRECT COMMUNICATION AND MAKE DIFFERENTIATION BETWEEN CUSTOMERS. NEVER FORGET THAT THE CUSTOMER IS KING! THE OWNER OF THIS HOTEL INVESTS IN THE RESTAURANT TO HAVE ANOTHER DOUBLE ATTRACTION
