Makeup stolen from my room. Didn't let staff know because I wanted to see if it would turn up but it never did in the end. I emailed the hotel about this to let them know and they threatened to call police. Terrible!! Keep your bag locked

Location. Staff. Very quiet. Easily located with maps.

Bit on smaller side but as solo I was fine. Little picky but YouTube on smart tv didn’t work this would make the stay much more plesant. But overall I would recommend for a low cost stay close to what you want to see well there.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very dark and quiet for sleeping. They offered an airport shuttle (additional fee paid to driver). This would be a great option for families or parties of 2-6ish people. It was very clean. They allowed us to drop our bags prior to checking In and even delivered our bags to our room for us before we returned to check in later on that day. Amazing service.

There wasn’t breakfast offered, which doesn’t seem uncommon for accommodations in the Rome area. There’s a lot of food nearby and it’s easy to find things to eat, so not really much of a negative.

A lovely small hotel right in the centre of Rome. Bus stop just below. Easy access to everything in town.

Location is great! Staff is great.

Room is very small and the facility is a bit old.

The property is so central to every monument 5 to 10 minutes to colosseum and great views

The size of the lift but we don’t think that can be changed

The location was perfect, and the staff was very helpful in providing information for travel around the city and arranging a cab for our departure to the airport.

Bed were narrow but comfortable.could be a European standard. Breakfast was consistently good but more variety would be nice. Kitchen help made espresso for us each day great

The staff was very helpful, polite and genuinely nice. There was a Tunisian girl at the front desk. Unfortunately i didn't get her first name. She helped us with our bags and schedule transport and made us feel very comfortable. Amazing employee. Please let her know we appreciated her efforts.
