The location of the hotel is great. It is in the heart of the historical part of the city, and most of the attractions are within less than 30 minutes walking distance. The room is clean and the staff are super kind.

The shared areas, such as the reception, staircase, lift, and breakfast room, are somewhat worn and outdated, so the hotel doesn’t quite have the feel of a proper one. Keep in mind that it’s a three-star hotel, so expectations should be moderate.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly. Location is perfect: rail station 10 min, metro 2 min, Trevi Fountain 15 min, Pantheon 20 min, Spanish steps 20 min. All this is walking distance. Outside the hotel you have 7 places to eat. I throughly recommend it.

Breakfast room is very small. But you can have breakfast anywhere.

Location

Very expensive for what you get. Very cramped room, cold shower, phone didn’t work (we had to walk down to reception), no kettle with tea or coffee, etc. Almost the most expensive accommodation during our trip in Italy, but very disappointing.

Scam! Read reviews on google...

This was a scam. Not a 3-star hotel at all! No emergency lights for the stairs even, let alone the rooms. No elevator! Terrible to the last minute. Very rude reception! Not speaking English at all. When customers ask if they will receive compensation for the 7 hours blackout, they just laughed! They charge the credit card a couple of days ahead, even though it is supposed to be paid at the hotel when we arrive! If I did not call booking.com, they were just about to charge my credit card for a few more days!Attached a picture of the stairs right before I leave the hotel early. Choose this if you’re happy charging your phone in a coffee shop instead of your room! And of course take some flash light!

The hotel is located in an extremely strategic place, right in the middle of Rome, next to the subway and at walking distance from the main monuments, including the Colosseum. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful

location is very good walking distance to all mayo locations

room was very dirty, stuff don't speak English but they try to help with hands, in shower you cant access to soap it was terribly installed.

The location is close to the Roma termini. Bus and subway are nearby. All the famous attractions are walkable distances.

Our room is small, it’s on the 2nd floor that we can hear the noises from the street. The breakfast only has cold stuff, it would be great if there are some hot food provided like scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages.

The staff was very polite and friendly! The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The mattress was exquisite. We stayed for a single night and there was no breakfast in our booking but still we were offered a breakfast nonetheless! Our experience with Hotel Elide was really great!

The location is a bit "weird". Still, this is our personal opinion because we aren't used to large scale urban environments like Rome. The parking nearby was quite expensive but we managed to park our car in the open using the nearby parkometer.

The location was perfect and the staff very helpful and friendly

It’s a bit noisy . You can hear people walking

Fantastic location is a great advantage. The host was friendly.

The rooms are very small. There was not a little fridge inside the room. The coffee machine is available only when the breakfast is served.
