Hotel Eliseo

The location

During our stay, we experienced issues with the toilet flush and AC, leading to a room relocation. However, the new room¿s shower head had excessive water pressure, causing it to spray water everywhere, despite being fixed.

The room was so dirty , dust were in the curtain, room smell so bad , under the bed was full of dust and dirty stuff, staff were so rude . Toilet and washing sink were so close to bathtub which cause me almost to fall , not worth any cents

Not very clean, hard pillows and bed, shower water goes switching between burning and freezing (very uncomfortable), hallway smelled like cigarettes for 7 days straight

Shower didn’t drain well.

It was a nice breakfast with a beautiful view. They worked to accommodate our large family and helped us with our needs such as finding reputable taxis, etc.

Location is great. Staff were excellent. Every person working there was nice, professional and kind. Angelo from the front desk was exceptionally great. They made my stay comfortable!

Building is very old and may need some renovations. Bathrooms have some unpleasant smell. Breakfasts were good, but the same every single day.

A nice hotel near a metro station. Friendly stuff , clean and cozy room. Nice and full breakfast. Overall worth it!

It needs sound proofing between the rooms.

Breakfast room w great view. Food was not great and repeating same every day. The stuff and service were very slow and not pleasant (you fill nobody is happy there).

The location is awesome! We had a view of the Borghese gardens, and it’s an easy walk to lots of great restaurants. Breakfast was really good, too. We especially appreciated Angelo, at the front desk. He was so helpful and nice!

The room was too small, when I entered first it was very bad smell, the furniture was old.

AC not working properly, very old decor. Needs an update or refurbishment. Only one location with 2 sockets near TV unit, that too you can only use one socket. Fridge not working. If you have make tea the kettle needs to be put on floor near the socket to make tea. ..Never seen this anywhere else. All in all the question I need to answer is would I come here again even if its cheap deal. The answer is no.

This place is well located and not too noisy being downtown. The room was clean and comfortable.

The shower was very small, not unusual for Rome. It did not drain.

Very nice accommodation. Little older, but clean. Room was good, you could find kettle to boil a tea/water. Room contains small bar fridge where you could place drinks to cool. Hotel have very good location, opposite street is underground parking (SABA / 22€ per 24h). 15 minutes walk Spanish stairs, 5 minutes walk Hard rock coffee (perfect place take rest with good food and drinks after tourist day). From hotel you could cover by walk all main Rome attractions. Hotel-Airport is 40 minutes by car.

Hotel would need refurbishment. Lift IS small, issue get inside with big luggage. Average breakfast, not the best, but still enough to choose.

The location is GORGEOUS and inclusions for a continental breakfast were super nice .. The view is spectacular!!!!

It ended too early .. Some days we wanted to sleep in yet take advantage of being able to eat something before going out but the breakfast finished by 10 ..
