Hotel Giotto Flavia

Hotel employee were lovely and made the check in process very enjoyable. They also provided great resources of the town. The bed was comfortable, the air con efficient and the darkening shades appreciated.

The photos are not accurate. The rooms are basic at best and very small. There is no shuttle but the train station is relatively close.

The hotel was very clean, updated and centrally located.

1. Daily linen change; 2. Daily dispensing of toiletries; 3. Staff are very accommodating and helping. They provided a map for us and walk us through it.

We have spent 4 nights and 5 days with this hotel. What I did not like about it was: 1. Bed Bugs for 3 nights, I had lots of bites upon waking in the morning; 2. In the provided things, there is slippers. But they did not provide any slippers for us, and it was not carpeted, difficult to walk in a cold wood floor. I was hoping they will realize, every morning they’re coming in the room, that there was no slippers provided. But overall, it was okay to stay here since it is very accessible to anything. Very good location. Near Eiffel Tower, this is satisfying. Thanks a lot. ?

Access via stairs was poor due to renovations. Shower was a small.Hot Water was took a while to warm up..

The hotel was basic but the staff made up for it with helpfulness and friendliness.

Noisy fan and room very small. Have to sit sideways to use the toilet as the basin is in front of you. This hotel was under some form of construction of which was worrying if an emergency occurred with evacuation necessary.The stairs were part of the construction and the lift could only have 2 people in it due to its problematic service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent housekeeping.

Mattress sagged in the middle, so we kept rolling into each other. Very uncomfortable to be unable to lie flat for two nights!

The bed takes up 90% of the moving space in the center and can't be moved. As a 160cm thin female, I was barely able to turn around in the shower shoe box. The cleaner never vacuumed or refilled shampoo and soap bars. I had to get from reception every day upon return from a long day. The outside patio pics are staff use only so don't be fooled you can use it. It's directly linked from the reception and you can hear every staff member and building maintenance talking on the phone which is 90% of what they do when the guests aren't checking in/out. Their pics on Google are not true, I have uploaded the standard room pics, where the walls are paper thin, so you hear guests and staff always. I can't even open my windows after shower since staff are always present right outside patio and can see you as close as someone beside you on a bus. Shower head and faucet leak bad and are wobbly and don't stay in place. Water leaks all over the place. Some guy did a quick temp fix and said he will come back to fix next day but didnt happen for 5 night stay. No fan in the shower. Silver fish bugs and ants crawling on the floor. Woke up super itchy every day. Gave me respiratory discomfort from the dirt and bugs. My room type was Double room but nothing like their pics on Google. Expect old rundown fabrics of bedsheets and half a size of every space with 40 years added to aging and zero maintenance . Plus the worst wifi connection I've ever seen. They have 4 wifi connection to sign in to othetwise. Construction going on on the hallway currently and the way to your room is blocked if you want to take a mid day break and you can't go while the cement is hardening.

The hotel is in a great location to visit all the areas of interest, the metro was so easy to use. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe bars around the hotel. The room was quite spacious, spotlessly clean and very good value for money. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would not hesitate to return.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with giving advice for travelling around the city! Rooms were clean and exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay again for the value!

Staff very nice

Some room have very tiny beds. The room for 4 ppl is really weird, the bed superposed was scary and broken. When we moved the matress we found they have huge stains of what? Pee? Lots of dust under the beds. Rooms were not ready when we arrived at 6pm.

Room:The room was spacious, equipped with a refrigerator and minibar. The TV was small, but functional.Breakfast:Minimalistic but sufficient, offering enough variety for a proper and delicious meal.Location:Conveniently situated far enough from the station to avoid the sketchy vibes of Termini, yet close enough for a simple and accessible airport connection without needing a cab.

Room:The room was quiet overall, providing a peaceful atmosphere. However, noise from people passing through the gateway was noticeable and could be disruptive if guests were louder than usual.The room lacked a bit of refinement, with minor issues such as a broken toilet paper holder and other small maintenance concerns.

The offering of breakfast was nice and the location was quite central - we were able to walk everywhere that we wanted to go. There is a lift up to the level of the hotel which was appreciated.

Our thermostat was not working and our room was really hot. This was so distracting to the point that we really struggled to sleep which impacted our travelling days, and was further disappointing since we were feeling under the weather towards the end of our stay. Our room backed onto the walkway to breakfast, so we couldn't reasonably open the window either as the room could have been accessed by other guests if we had. The room was clean on the whole, but I did have an ant on my towel one night. The shower also took upwards of 10 minutes to heat up when used at night.

the elevator occasionally did not work, so it was not convenient to climb up and carry suitcases

The location is fine, the staff was friendly, was fairly quiet. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom.

The corridors, including the space around the reception, are quite narrow. The elevator was on and off, and this is the problem since the entire hotel is on the 2nd floor of a building.The breakfast was very basic.

Close to Train Station, clean room, and polite receptionists, very helpful providing directions and recommendations of places and restaurants
