the staff were very helpful and polite.
the double bed was two beds put together and the mattresses were quite uncomfortable
A good place to spend a night or two. Friendly staff and great location in a nice quiet area. The room was clean and comfortable. However, if you are looking for a bit modern renovations, would be better to look for other options. It is also worth bringing your own cosmetics. We were satisfied, can recommend the hotel
There wasn’t shampoo and a tired condition of the room
Very cute and cozy hotel not so far from Termini, but not so close for all that "crazy Termini movement".A little bit old-fashioned with atmosphere like you are at home.Clean and pleasant rooms.
I recently stayed at Hotel Kent in Rome, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. Its location is perfect—close to many attractions and easily accessible, which made exploring the city very convenient. All staff members, especially the receptionist, were warm, friendly, and very helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. I also highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel; it was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right.Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Kent to anyone visiting Rome. It offers great value, comfort, and excellent service. I look forward to returning!
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room.
New pillows would be nice, but not the end of the world.
Clear instructions to check in and about the rules
Stairs to enter and to get to Some rooms
The hotel was perfect—just a short walk from Roma Termini, set in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. The area offered plenty of restaurants and sights to explore, yet it was quiet at night, and I always felt secure. The hotel itself had a charming boutique atmosphere, with everything you need for a comfortable and uncomplicated stay.
It was amazing moment to stay in hotel Kent . The receptionists was really helpful and they speak more then 2 languages that was so helpful for me because they speak my language also . The area was so calm and quiet. In one works the hotel and its position is really amazing . Thank you deeply from my heart.
- in a great area, only a short distance on a straight road to get to the main attractions.- clean, good staff- good value for money
- hairdryer was very weak couldn’t dry the hair
Location was good, near 2 bus stations so u can go mostly everywhere by bus/metroReceptionists were super nice and helpfullBed was comfortableThey have a steamer on request so u dont have to worry about your wrinkled clothes
Ahhhh where should I startThere was no internet AT ALL in the room 30! Skip that room at all costsAC wasnt working, or it would work normal for 3 mins and than start making some really loud noises, like its going to explode, so we had to be without AC on 40 degreesMinibar also wasnt working, but receptionist gave us a new one that worked 50/50, but still wouldnt put anything more that a bottle of wather in itThere was mold all over the bathroomHair dryer is epic, so if u are a girl better bring your own if u dont want to dry your hair for an hour
I like service, cleanliness maintaining well about everything
Blanket they didn't provide that's the 1 question I have with them, I know this is summer but still you should provide it
This was the perfect location for us - near two of our favourite trattoria, near bus stops and in a quiet neighbourhood.
Maybe an 11 o'clock check out
nice neighbourhood, not far from Villa Borghese park
room rather small & dark
Easy communication, all recommendations!
Be careful to not mix rooms with private and shared bathroom, but their team is very responsive.
The hotel was located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The room smelled cleaned, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was welcoming.
The hotel has an excellent location and a great price for it! The italian girl at the desk is extremely friendly and she helped me and my grandma with all the requests!
The breakfast choice is definitely very limited. Also arriving 5-10 minutes before its closing time will not be very successful. The bathroom was tiny.
A small, neat hotel, with wonderful staff! Good location!
