Great location,. Very quiet and peaceful considering it was so close to Termini. Lovely decor. Very clean and comfortable.

there was mold and mildew all over the bathroom - on the tiles, shower door and the ceiling The blanket was extremely old, scratchy and tattered. The one chair was a folded piece of foam. The desk chair was stained.

5 min walk to Termini. We booked last minute and they accommodated our early check-in.

Fridge wasn’t working properly. ( temperature wasn’t low enough)

This was our second stay here. The rooms are comfy and clean. Staff is always helpful and happy. They were able to accommodate our family of 4, 2 days earlier than we planned to arrive seamlessly.

Sergio is a nice person, great communication. We took 2 rooms, and the sizes were excellent, the location of the hotel is great as its 5 min walk to the Termini train station, the area is OK and its 20 min walk to the Colosseum

Sergio is a great manager. We are a family with two children, and he did his best to help us. The location of the hotel is also perfect. I definitely recommend it.

Decent room, staff and location. Can improve few things like provide couple of water bottles and hot water in the morning even if you have not opted for breakfast.

Was well Situated Within walking distance of lots of things to see lovely places to eat, Buses, trams the metro, trains all 5 minutes walk to the station, lots of places to get an icecream

If there was a negative maybe some of the pavements where a little uneven, But cobbled streets mainly down the centre off the roads.

The bathroom was not comfortable and it was cold there. It was hard to find it. It was near to the Termini station but the location was not very good. The building was under construction.

Great location. Easy walk from all public transport. Sergio was very informative and helpful. Would recommend.
