Pros +
- Staff very friendly, good location and price.
- The staff was incredible! Always willing to help and answer questions. Very nice people. The room was a nice size with lockbox and the pillows were very comfortable
- It was in a quiet location close to Termini. There were some good restaurants in the area. Others have complained about having to be let in and out of the hotel by reception but I thought it was good security.
Cons -
- The bathroom is very humid, the towels do not dry. The shower does not close tightly, leaving a puddle on the floor.
- The shower head and door was broken and there was mold in the bathroom, there was no 'do not disturb' hanger available but staff was very accepting to our wishes.
- The room was rather shabby. Wallpaper was coming off the wall in places. The bathroom had peeling paint and mold. So due to poor maintenance, I cannot recommend the hotel.

friendly staff, convenient location (just couple of blocks from the train station)
The office and the elevator are located one floor above the entrance. I had a heavy suitcase, which I had to carry through two rather long staircases. Also, the room had a strange smell, which I managed quite simply by opening a window.
Very clean, receptionist is always there. good location great price!
Location. Close enough to all the sites but away from the crowds if you wanted a good local spot for dinner.
Shower was a little tight but manageable.
Fantastic location, 3 blocks from Termini Train Station, also right in the heart of Roma. Clean, comfortable bed, very friendly staff
Asked to be wakened at 8, they did not do that, I had a plane taking off at 2:35 and I woke up at almost 10. Terrifying. But I made it, just because of the convenience of the train station. Could be loud at night. Tiny Bathroom- but it's Europe!
Staff was very friendly and the room was a decent size.
It’s good including all what you need, even a machine to get some snake and coffee
Everything but it’s not safe at all, on my last night someone was drunk and come on my door tying to open it multiple times, there’s no phone inside room and nothing to do, till 2AM and a lot of noise as there is a ketchen area shared between room, so it was a nightmare for me!
The location, staff, bed, towels, AC, and quality of the toilet paper is good.
The location, staff, bed, towels, AC, and quality of the toilet paper is good. BUT. The walls are NOT sound proof, we can constantly hear people talking and things dropping. The shower is kinda bad, there is no door for the stand up shower, just a weak curtain, so the bathroom floor gets wet easy. The shower head holder was weak, dropped a few times and sprayed water everywhere. There is some sort of smell in the hotel that we are unsure of, either from the humidity or the sheets or just the hotel in general. They only give 2 small packs of 2in1 (shampoo/body wash), and when you request more they only give you 2-3 packs for 2 people who have long hair and greasy sunscreen on because of the Rome heat. It’s not a bad location but with the prices they charge, it’s not really worth it.
Location is great, apartment is clean, stuff is good.
Staff was very nice. I was given a map of the city and they gave me some nice tips of what to visit in Rome. Water kettle can be provided on request. Room comes with a handy little fridge, and overall no major complaints about my stay.
To access the lift there were couple of small staircases that u have to tackle before getting access to the actual lift. It was a little tough with a large heavy suitcase, but at least there was a lift. There is no sign to indicate do not disturb/please clean. I probably would've preferred not to have my room cleaned in cases where I have valuables lying around, but there's no sign to indicate to the cleaning lady not to enter the room. Of course, no valuable belongings were taken and probably you can make a request at reception, but it would be a nice addition as it's quite a basic thing most hotels would have.
The location
The room was ok but the bathroom was extremely tidy. The shower was incredibly small, I couldn’t even close the door
Worst hotel I have ever stay?
It was old, not clean, noice inside. Could not sleep because of noice in reception. Absolutely opposite of the booking pictures and feedback.
close to the train station and accessible at all hours
walls were a bit thin, you could hear everytime someone came upstairs, but no big deal
Perfect location, made getting to and from the train station super easy.
Neighbors were a bit noisy and walls are thin.
We only stayed for 1 night and wanted close proximity to Roma Termini. It was perfect for what we needed.
The best! Very professional and helpful staff – Georgio, Alessandro, and Mary were amazing! The hotel is very clean and conveniently close to Termini. I highly recommend this hotel with the best staff. Thank youuuuuu!
Nothing at all !
The staff were very kind and the rooms were very clean
The room didn’t have any slippers, and there were only a limited number of soap and shampoo in the bathroom. I also felt the lighting in the room wasn’t sufficient.
The location was excellent
Our bathroom was small (like a bathroom in a cruise ship) and not clean. They turned the AC off around 10 am and it does not come back on until around 2pm. Our room smelled musty. Also, our room was supposed to be a quad but they squeezed us into a triple took out the refrigerator and put in a cot. Make sure to get a room in the newer side of the hotel.
