Staff was very friendly and offered help on what to see first for tourist things

Great and amazing staff!

I liked the location, and the closeness of the rooms.

I didn't like the size of the bathroom and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool.

The breakfast was a nice option so we didn’t have to worry about that. Lots of choices. Very friendly staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was nice that we could leave our bags before check-in. We were offered some water when we came in which was much needed! Staff offered to make reservations for us, which was very helpful.

The bed and room one wasn’t the greatest. The bed in room 15 was better. They had some options available for us to participate in, but due to the short notice, we weren’t able to work those into our plans. I wish we would’ve known about those options several weeks ago.

Only location

There is no hot water in my room .Unfortunately, the issue has not been resolved, and it is causing significant inconvenience.This situation is unacceptable for a hotel of your level, especially considering that I am unable to take a proper shower or use basic facilities.

The location, room, breakfast and staff were all stellar. This was my second stay here and it was just as great as the first time I stayed here, three years ago.

As a solo traveler, the room was fine three years ago, but traveling with my husband and 18 month old made for a cramped stay! Also, the water temperature was uneven the last night we stayed there, it'd be extremely hot or extremely cold.

It was like staying at a B&B… The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast staff it was like being with my Italian grandparents.

Well, it had two big flights steps to get up to the top and that was pretty tough on two old ladies, but it was worth it…

Breakfast was very nice, the staff was friendly and helpful, convenient location and some windows to look out on the street. Overall great value.

Our room was accessed by walking through what looked like an strange little staff room with a computer and not much else in it, not a traditional room location in a hotel. But the room itself was clean, had coffee and was very large by European standards.

Room was comfortable, staff is amazing!! Location is great. If I ever go back to Rome I will definitely book there. Close to all the sites I wanted to visit by foot.

It is a little odd that the hotel is within a building but everything else well makes up for it.

Hot water was a little touchy.

It was a great location. 15 minute walk from the train station and 20 minutes from the colosseum. Near lots of shops and restaurants. Our room was only one floor up and facing the busy street but their windows are incredible because we wore earplugs and none of us heard any street noise.

There was an elevator but it was either broken or not even operational so we always had to use the stairs (heavy luggage, after a long day of already walking around).

Amazing place, well located and the tours are great! Liubliana the receptionist is so helpful as well, definitely staying here again.

Staff were so nice and extremely helpful. Convenient location. Quiet rooms. Great breakfast.

One of the rooms (out of the three we had) had a problem with shower and a bed that was very small.

Broken elevator, bad hair dryer, moldy shower, no free coffee, loud, thin walls, broken floor board, no headboard, deck view was horrendous

The Staff are unbelievable, friendly, welcoming and professional. Made our trip something else. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and supported. Special shout out to the two lovely ladies who ran the breakfast, they were so kind and the breakfast was amazing.

The hotel is lovely just outside the busyness of the main attraction but only a walk to everything or quick bus , train station was not far either which has direct line to and from the airport. The staff were all lovely and always greeted us big smiles and so helpful. The only negative was that the lift did not work which would of been nice to know but they are located only one floor up and the lovely lady on reception did bring down my mams bag for her when leaving as her balance isn’t great if you really struggle with stairs I would ask before arrival but I’m sure they will have it fixed soon
